Great service. Took 1 and a half truck loads from my mum's house to charity; good to know it wasn't ending up on landfill. Easily arranged, good communication before the day, reasonably priced and (I hear) personable. All in all, very pleased, thank you!

Easy to use website, competitive price, polite customer service. On the day collection was simple. Arrived on time, friendly , efficient and professional.

The communication from office staff through to collection was exceptional. The pick-up team arrived when the promised and were courteous, polite and very efficient completing the task promptly. Would definitely use Zero Waste Group again.

Very Disappointed with this company. We ordered a load collection over the phone and were informed that we need a XX large load collection which would enable us to load a 14 Cubic yards or 1050kg. We booked a collection date and paid a deposit.
We bagged and weighed our mixed collection and on arrival the van was preloaded with a previous collection in discussion's with driver he said he was limited to one tonne.
And could only load to his capacity of one tonne and we would not get our full load on the truck. As such we refused to use their services as we would not get the one tonne we would be paying for but a reduced load and would need to pay for a second collection.
In the process we have lost our £50.00 deposit but as a big business site they have lost a big potential customer as we will not be using their services in the future.

The boys were super. Worked hard and honestly. WELL DONE. THANKS

Zero Waste helped me clear my husbands family home and were fantastic. The organisation and plan for the day was clearly communicated in advance. The team arrived on time, smartly dressed and were ready to start working straight away. Nathan and Tyler have an outstanding work ethic. They asked questions to help me make decisions when I wasn't sure what I wanted to do with an item of furniture. They told me when they would need to take a load of waste away and what time they would be back. They then phoned to say when they were heading back to the property which was unexpected but appreciated. Nathan and Tyler looked after the property and treated the situation with empathy and understanding. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Zero Waste to others.

Two very friendly guys, could not do enough to help me, very professional, no mess and very efficient.

We missed our bin collection last week and as it was food waste we couldn't wait a further fortnight to have it collected. I got in touch with Zero Waste Group and they were able to help. They arrived when they said they would, first thing on a wet Monday morning, and took the rubbish away. They were cheerful and helpful despite it being a horrible job. Really, really appreciate this service and wouldn't hesitate to use Zero Waste Group again.

Excellent response times and good customer service from making an initial enquiry and through to completion. the work is completed when expected and prices are very reasonable, I would thoroughly recommend for both commercial and residential waste collection.

So pleased we found this company amongst all the others online. Really fast and friendly response, booked in for the following day, telephoned when 1/2 from arrival, two men arrived and started loading the van straight away. Excellent service and price, will definitely use again and recommend to everyone.
