Easy to order online , with great updates. Ordered on Wednesday for collection today (Friday). Used “any time” option for collection and received email early this morning saying time slot was 12-5pm. Text received at 1pm to say they were on their way.

The guys have just been to collect our stuff. Arrived about 15 minutes after texting to say they were on their way. Very friendly and polite. Moved everything with ease.

Would HIGHLY recommend, and would definitely use again.

Second time I have used Clearabee. Both times everything has been brilliant. Lovely helpful chaps that collected everything both times. Very happy with the service provided.

Made a very good job of clearing everything away even things that wasn't their problem. Would recommend them for any rubbish removal.

Arrived earlier than we thought however wasn’t a problem. The driver called to say he was there due to being in a gated area we had to let him through. Initially a problem in collecting a fridge freezer however this appeared to be an issue with Wren Kitchens in not adding it on for collection. The driver had to leave however came back within 10 minutes after being advised ok to collect the item.

I am only leaving this review now because my original review on Google was changed and is now showing under a company called Birmingham Materials Recycling Facility, which is linked to Clearabee. If you want a more accurate picture, I would strongly recommend searching Birmingham Materials Recycling Facility on Google to see the real rating and reviews, which are currently around 3.7.

Our collection was booked for 12:00, but the team didn’t arrive until after 17:00 due to being given the wrong address by their office. We had been waiting in all day.

When they finally arrived, there were two men. I was at home alone with my children as my husband had briefly popped out. I asked them to go around to the back garden to collect a sofa.

Instead of waiting for his colleague to assist, one of the men chose to drag our three-seater sofa across our brand new paving slabs, all the way from the back garden, through the side gate, to the front of the house. This caused visible scratches and paint marks along the entire route.

I heard the scraping and ran to the front door, where I saw him dragging the sofa. I told him to stop as he was damaging the paving. He dismissed it, saying it was “just a mark from the fabric,” despite clear scratches and marks from the wooden feet. He then attempted to clean it using a broom and surface wipes.

I reported the damage to Clearabee, but their response was extremely disappointing. They denied responsibility, described the damage as “very minor surface scratches,” and stated they do not carry paint or hazardous materials. They refused liability and offered a £20 goodwill gesture.

We are absolutely disgusted with how this has been handled. This is a new-build property that we’ve only lived in for a few months, and the damage is upsetting. The lack of accountability and professionalism is unacceptable.

Ordered a skip last week and paid in full.
This week get told by the company. No skips available in your area on the day requested a week prior.
If thats not bad enough, I have to wait 7 to 10 working days for a refund.....
