The team have poor communication skills and don't pass on information to each other. One staff member told me the wrong information and I had to go through the situation many times with about 5 staff members. This has caused much more stress to the situation. The ordeal was messy and difficult to resolve the entire way through.

Service is good for people who can't get a guarantor

Very useful without this i wouldn't have gotten a apartment. It's not too expensive and very eary to apply and complete.
