Ens ha encantat: arreplegar i deixar el cotxe, molt fàcil i ràpid. El personal, molt amable. El cotxe tot, absolutament tot, assegurat. Vas caminant des de la terminal fins a l’arreplegada del cotxe, està a 3 minuts. Servici 24 hores. Si hi ha alguna alerta d’oratge, t’envie un correu per avisar-te. Molt bé tot, molt recomanable

From the easiest of pick ups to the easiest of drop offs this was undoubtedly the best car rental service I have ever had, everything was included for worry free driving and the Kia Sportage was a great car

Easy pick up and drop. 24hrs service in airport. Full coverage and stress free drive. Got the exact car booked and it’s 4min walk to departure terminal after dropping the car. Very well recommended

Contratar el coche con esta empresa es de lo mejor que pude hacer. Nada de esperas, nada de colas, todo fácil y rápido. Además los coches están nuevos y tuve la suerte de que me asignaron otro de categoría superior al que contraté. 100% recomendable.

No fuss, car was in good condition and had no mechanical issues. There was no stress due to the full coverage. Pickup was easy as the key is in an electronic lockbox inside the Blue Rental building, and dropoff was just as easy to the Blue desk.
We had the 'Used' Dacia Duster but it was still a recent generation with just over 100 000 km on it, and felt well taken care of. We rented in the end of February in a slower season. The car handled well the one snow storm we ended up with and did not cause us any concern.

Si la voiture que nous avons eue à Reykjavik n'avait pas subi un incident avec un client précédent, nous aurions mis 5 étoiles. Nous avons constaté lors de la prise en charge que le véhicule était abîmé. Nous l'avons signalé, on nous a répondu que ce n'était pas grave, nous avions une franchise à 0€, donc rien ne nous serait facturé. Le souci est que la voiture du coup ne fonctionnait pas de manière optimale, ce dont nous nous sommes aperçus 200 km plus loin. Nous en avons fait part à Zero Car, ils ont pris en charge le problème. Nous avons eu un véhicule de remplacement dès que nous sommes rentrés à Reykjavik. Et nous avons bénéficié d'un geste commercial en compensation du désagrément.
Quand nous reviendrons en Islande, nous choisirons de nouveau Zero Car pour notre véhicule de location. Et nous espérons bien n'avoir pas besoin d'en changer en cours de voyage, cette fois.

I had a fantastic experience with ZeroCar Rental during my 5-day trip in Iceland. The process of picking up my car key at the airport was smooth and efficient. When I needed to change my payment card, the customer service team responded quickly and handled my request with ease.

The instructions on fuel types were clear and easy to follow, and I really appreciated that CarPlay was fully supported — it made navigation simple and seamless throughout my journey.

Most importantly, the Kia Sportage felt very safe and reliable, even while driving through heavy snow and blizzard conditions on the south side of Iceland. I felt confident and secure the entire time.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to make an exception for Zero Car Iceland because the service was absolutely excellent. The instructions sent before arrival were clear and easy to follow, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout.

We chose the keyless pickup option, which made everything quick and stress-free. The car was spotless, practically brand new, and had very low mileage. We rented a Kia Sportage, and it was perfect for Iceland — especially with the built-in snow mode.

We felt very safe and confident driving in all conditions.
Having full insurance cover with zero excess gave us complete peace of mind. Zero (part of the Blue Car Rental company) really delivered on convenience and quality. Highly recommend!

Don't risk it, for slightly more zero was excellent and worth it!
Also get a 4x4, conditions on the roads really vary.

We have rented an used Dacia Duster 4x4 with Zero Car for 1week, and it was a very good experience. The office in Reykjavik is easy to find and it's very simple to find the keys, and the drop-off at Keflavik Airport was very fast too. The car was used, that's sure, but it did a great job, I felt safe with.

Great and hassle free, good customer service

Second time renting. First time had some issues with the car particularly around tyres. This time was flawless, easy pick-up, car was in great shape, easy drop off.

Parcheggio situato proprio di fronte all'uscita dell'aeroporto, Self check-in rapido e ottima comunicazione prima dell'arrivo. Unica nota negativa: Controllate anche sotto l'auto prima di partire! Noi abbiamo controllato e la carrozzeria era intatta ma sotto alla macchina la protezione del motore era penzolante, probabilmente era saltato un bullone e strusciava durante tutto il tragitto. Per fortuna l'assistenza (una compagnia esterna a loro) è intervenuta in tempi celeri. Check-out veloce
