Zen’s Simwheels Recenzje

Uitstekende service, diensten en kennis!
Niet twijfelen Zen brengt het in orde.

Ordered a ZS LMP2-x from Zen with dual clutch, the ELMA thumb encoder upgrade, spacer/adapter, a custom Cosworth glass screen and top logo, and custom-made fluorescent green/red thumb knob stickers. Really happy with it. Communication was excellent from the start, Zen replied within minutes, helped me get every custom detail right, and kept me updated with progress photos during the build.
Ordered 31 August, received it 18 September. Quoted lead time was 1.5 weeks but took a bit longer while he waited for the custom stickers, completely understandable.
Packaging was top notch.
Build quality is excellent, feels solid and premium. Size, weight and grip are perfect. Display is sharp, buttons and rotaries have a great tactile feel, paddles are precise. The custom Cosworth glass, top branding and stickers turned out great, didn't expect every sticker to already be applied. Price is very fair for what you get.

Really quick delivery! Quality looks good, but not tested till now.

Fantastic products, and great customer service too! Who else is making custom cables to order for all of your steering wheels? I dont think anyone!

Communication, Zen not only answered all my questions, very quick reply via email. Zen kept me updated with all the steps my order was going through. Super impressed with Zen customer service, will do business again. My Zen Vezza Ultra V2 wheel is a work of functional art.

Great service

Excellent communication and products. Happy to chat about what you want with your wheel.

Great products and nice customer service! I'm very happy with my purchase.

We’re really picky about who we do business with. Product quality and reliability are certainly must-haves. Zen’s products are top notch. Exclusivity is also something our customers demand. Zen’s focus on customization positions his company above others that focus on mass production. The replica Cadillac V.Series-R GTP wheel is truly a work of art. Most importantly, his dedication to customer service truly positioned him and his company at the top of the heap for us. If you’re looking for a custom sim racing wheel, you need to consider Zen’s Simwheels!

Great customer service, quick response time and quick shipment. Would recommend

After a couple years not racing, decided to start the sim again. At that moment I had a cube controls gt pro and just didnt like it. After watching countless reviews I just couldnt deside what wheel to buy. Via a review site a saw a review of zens sim wheels and im so glad I saw that review.

I sended zen a message on Instagram and he responded right away. After the great response I decided to buy de Vezza Core ultra v2, and that was such a good choice! The wheel looks amazing! The amount of details is so good! The leds are really nice, The clicks of the shifters etc is awesome. And not to forget the thicker grips, super!

And last but not least! Zen is very kind, and very helpful with great service!

Everything about this company is excellent customer service products 👌 the owner is very nice very helpful I will continue to do business with Zen.

I needed a custom cable made for my Conspit 300 GT to connect to my VRS QR Connect Wheel Adapter. I reached out and got a response straight away. They were completely transparent that they would need to order in some parts for it if I was to go ahead with my purchase and that it would add time/delay to fulfill the order.

International shipping is super slow, took about month to receive goods but that’s okay as the most important thing is the quality of the product.

I’m more than happy with the cable, it’s the perfect length and I no longer have a coil of wire wrapped around the column. Making the rig look cleaner.

Whilst it’s a luxury purchase, I would highly recommend Zen to anyone needing a custom cable made.

Hopefully save up for a wheel at some point in the future.

Sehr gute Qualität und herausragende Kommunikation.

Fast and superb customer service and an excellent product. I ordered a custom cable and it turned out far better than I expected.

I’ve been searching for a large and professional steering wheel for a long time — without too many gimmicks and without having to spend €1000+.

The materials, shifters, buttons, and grip are excellent. I can’t get enough of driving with the Vezza Ultra v2.

Zen’s personal support is incredibly good and simply cannot be topped.

I’m fully convinced by his products and I’m looking forward to more in the future.

I ordered four short USB cables for my GSI Hyper P1 and Hyper SL, and the package arrived before I could even click "send" :-)
Super fast shipping - even over the Christmas holidays - fantastic!

The cables work perfectly and are of excellent quality.
