Title:Forced to break customs laws by Zenmarket support after receiving a counterfeit item (Order pkda25)Text:I am writing this to bring an urgent matter to the attention of Zenmarket's senior management. Line support has failed to resolve my issue and is currently suggesting a solution that violates international laws.I purchased an item via Zenmarket (Order ID: pkda25), but upon its arrival here in Ukraine, it turned out to be a clear counterfeit (fake). The seller on the Japanese marketplace completely misrepresented the item. When I contacted Zenmarket support for help with a refund, the operators stated that the only way to get my money back is to physically ship this counterfeit item back to Japan. However, according to Japan Customs regulations and international postal rules, shipping counterfeit goods across borders is strictly illegal. If I send it, the package will be intercepted, confiscated, and destroyed by Japan Customs, leaving me with additional shipping losses and no refund.Zenmarket support is literally forcing a customer to break customs laws to satisfy a standard return policy, refusing to escalate the case or hold the fraudulent seller accountable.I request this case to be immediately reviewed by a senior supervisor or manager. I am a victim of fraud, and I need a resolution (such as a refund or balance credit) that does not involve committing a customs violation.
