Still waiting for Order
I ordered 2 things on July 17th. I received a confirmation email right after I ordered it and I still do not have my product. It says it is "in process" since July 17th. This is ridiculous. When will it ship?

The product was NOT what I ordered
The product was NOT what I ordered, it was a different formulation in a clear recycled bottle. I wanted the original in the dark green bottle. I sent the product back, unopened and in the original shipping box. If you no longer have the original product in the dark green bottle then update the product pictured on your website.

You ordered "Paul Mitchell Tea Tree Special Shampoo". We always ship out the latest, most current packaging. It's stated in our store policies that you should call prior to placing your order if looking for a specfic packaging. We get both bottles in hence the previous packaging being pictured on our website. We saw that you were emailed a pre-paid USPS label to the send the items back to us for a full refund.

The product leaked in shipping AGAIN!
The product seemed fine but it had leaked inside the soft packaging and this is the second time that has happened from Pandora. i called to complain but nothing came of it. Pandora needs to use a stiffer side box rather than a plastic bag to ship.

The "Matrix Total Results High Amplify Wonder Boost Root Lifter" is one of those items. This is due to the unique spray nozzle. Feel free to email us after placing your next order. I never received my order
I never received my order. When I tried calling, no one responded back to my call. I also made an inquiry on their site which no one responded to. $70 on hair products gone.
