Beautiful bracelets!
Beautiful bracelets and true to sizes listed. Good, strong stretch to them as well. I've purchased 2 sets already. Will be back for more!

I have not received my package
I have not received my package. It is clearly lost in the mail as we are on day 11 of it showing that it’s in transit and hasn’t moved from Memphis which always gets delivered to me in TN the next day. That part is not the companies fault. What the problem is, is I reached out by email to your company and a gentleman named Phillip told me to give it another day or two and I’ve now emailed back twice after more than a day or two and have gotten no response from anyone.

Odpowiedź od Zencrafthouse
Hi Jennifer, thank you for letting us know. In my email to you I stated that a replacement would be sent to you if the package is considered lost. I appreciate it that you tried to email me, but I have not received your two emails after the first one, so I just assumed you finally received your package. No problem, I will send you the replacement by tomorrow. Feel free to let me know if you have any other questions.
On a side note, please message us on our messenger app or call us if you find that your emails are not responded to.
Thank you,
Phillip - Zencrafthouse
Quality products and great customer service
There was a slight issue with the anxiety 3 pack bracelet set where one of the bracelets was not the correct size. Phillip helped resolve the issue very timely and effectively!

Ordering was so easy.
Ordering was so easy.
Received product securely wrapped. No breakage. Bracelets are gorgeous and do not feel plastic. They have some solid weight. I love wearing them so much I ordered more, and have a basket ready to buy more.
