Amethyst Endless Calm Boho Bracelet
The items as shown on the website are different than what is delivered in terms of color. The Amethyst Endless Calm Boho Bracelet as shown on the website has a deep purple stone. The bracelet I received has a very pale stone. I realize it will not be exact but it should be close.

Hi Maureen, as natural amethyst stone is used, each bracelet is unique in color and may not look the same as the picture, however its healing energy remains the same. It's OK, would you like to exchange it for one that looks closer to the picture?

Shipped out in timely fashion. Received in anticipated time. Loved my tigers bracelet set. Amethyst trio was different than the other 2 I had gotten. Granddaughter loved hers, this trio of bracelets were different. My daughter-in-law loved them. So I am a very satisfied customer. Thank you!!

The bracelet didn’t live up to my expectations. In fact, I would like to return it for a refund. Also, I found it very hard to put on.

Beautiful items
The shopping was wonderful but one of the necklaces was not made correctly. If I wear it, it hangs crooked. But I love all of my other items. They are just beautiful!

Great purchase BUT...
I bought 2 different pieces but only received a description card for one. And both came in one bag. They are both gifts, so I've had to be innovative. Otherwise, I'm happy with the purchase.

Hi Trilby. Thank you for your vote. The description card is available for some of our products, normally the best-sellers. If this is a gift, you can let us know so we will gift-wrap and pack each item in one bag. If you still want more bags, please contact us directly via our website.
Best regards,
Phillip

Great service
Great service
I purchased a bracelet and had it for a few weeks when it came apart. I emailed to inform and received a reply to provide a picture, this was done and was informed they would replace the bracelet. At another time I purchased a bracelet that when received it magnetized to another bracelet which I was able to return and receive a refund.

Hi Gay. Your order #21830 has 3 items: 1 White Turquoise Calm & Sleep Bracelet Pack in white, 1 Lapis Lazuli Sleep & Pain Relief Bracelet Pack in blue and 1 White Turquoise Relaxation Bracelet in whitish. The purple one that you referred to may be the Feel Well & Stress Relief Bracelet Pack, which you did not include in your order. If you want to exchange the blue for the purple, please contact me via our website.
Thanks,
