So back again waiting on a refund for a jacket I ordered back in March was told the finance team are working on it been 10 days since I have heard back from them beginning to start looking into legal options as this is absolutely ridiculous NEVER USE THIS WEBSITE ITS A SCAM!!

Would not recommend ordering from this site, ordered item in March for my son, now in June still no proper update as to when it will ship. They should take item of website if issues with supplier.

I was worried about my order due to some reviews but my experience was great. The customer service team on twitter was so helpful with my queries and any questions that I had. Delivery time was early by two almost two weeks, and clothes were really good quality!! Very satisfied :D

I would give zero stars for customer service. I ordered a figure for my son for xmas on the 3rd of December. It is still with the local courier apparently. In other words it is lost. I can not get zavvi to send me a replacement. I have messaged so many time. Now they are sending me a replacement for a t shirt I ordered last year as it was on my account as an order and customer service did not read the message correctly or the order number for that matter. I keep getting told we are looking into where the package is. I don't care where it is. It must be lost or stolen at this stage so send me a replacement. Disgraceful customer service and no number to ring to actually speak to a person about this. I sent off a form last week to say I wanted a replacement and I am still waiting.

Scam!! Same issue as others below. Took my money but won’t send me the item over 2 months waiting now, they have bits as customer service who say the same thing over and over again. Need to contact bank for fraud

Wish I could give ZERO stars. There was a buy one X-mas jumper get one free offer, I foolishly fell for it, as they had JW dinosaur x-mas jumpers, ordered one for my brother and one for my nephew. Ordered on 3rd December, plenty of time for x-mas. The large one arrived today, 31st December - on its own. Still no sign of the nephews sweater. Total scam.

SCAM ALERT. please do not order from this company. My order never came which was supposed to have been received at the end of November for a Christmas present. They took money from me and will not refund me, even though I cancelled the order over a month ago. And still don't know where the order went.
I wish I had of read the reviews here before placing an order with them

Ordered lego 28th November order dispatched a few days later however tracking number never worked link was to fed ex and they stated they had no record of tracking number. So began the fun with 'customer services' so first it wasn't dispatched delays with new warehouse then it was then it wasn't then it was. When I finally threatened to report them for fraud I was told the courier was unable to deliver and was returning item to them and I would be refunded in 14 working days. I think this company is unable to fulfill its orders and is just delaying until they can afford to refund you if it happens at all. Avoid at all costs nearly ruined a Xmas present which had to gotten elsewhere will update if refund ever arrives.

Terrible website i will never order from again! Ordered a lego item on November 4th and when 2 weeks went by without any movement and the order still not processed i contacted them. They just said its a busy time of year and that it would be processed soon. Another week went by so i contacted them to cancel the order as this is too long to be waiting. They just responded that they will need to check that the warehouse hadnt processed it. More days went by.... all in all i contacted them 5 times and then had to open a dispute on paypa (which was open for a a week). 2 days ago then u got a mail to say the product was out of stock and they have it on order through a supplier and it will hopefully be dispatched 27th December! I mailed and requested the refund immediately. Finally got confirmation. Terrible company u will never order from again! Dont waste your time or money!

I placed an order for a lego set for my young son for christmas. I placed the order via "guest" option on their website and paid via paypal.
I never recieved a confirmation of order email. To contact their customer service i had to register a new account. When i sent an email querying my order i was informed the order number didnt exist.
I contacted their customer service team and sent a screenshot of the order number and paypal transaction.
I was then informed that the order number i gave was linked to another account and they cudnt help me.
I explained that placed the order via their guest option and that the money was taken from my account. Again they said they cudnt help me due to "data protection"
So i gave both my email and wifes email. My address. Paypal transaction. Again another mail saying they cudnt help me. Finally after numerous emails they told me that i didnt recieve a confirmation email because the item was out of stock.
My experience with this company has been dreadful. They have ruined christmas for my son.I will not be buying anything again

Horrible company with non existent customer service. Ordered Christmas jumpers a month ago. Order is still processing, No direct phone number or email address to contact just a messaging form on the site. Only response is the same generic bullshít each time. They are selling items that aren't in stock. Have raised the issue with my bank in order to get a refund. Avoid, especially if you like your Christmas presents to actually arrive in time for Christmas.

Placed an order for lego which cost €283 back in October. When it arrived almost 3 weeks later dpd informed me that the vat charges were nearly 80 euro but that I could refuse to accept parcel and they would send it back. Which is what I did. Dpd confirmed that the parcel was received back on the 12th of November but I still haven't got a refund. I find the customer service very poor. There is no number or email address and the messages have a delayed response. Very frustrating to deal with.

I ordered an item mid October. After 3 weeks of nothing happening and the order saying 'awaiting dispatch' I contacted them and requested a cancellation as it wasn't going to arrive on time. They changed the order status to dispatched and said they couldn't cancel. Another 3 weeks have passed since 'dispatch' and no item, and the the tracking information doesn't work and the courier company listed doesn't seem to exist. Is this company a scam? It's now December and still no item. Communication with customer services says they will investigate ....I'm still waiting for an actual resolution and legitimate tracking number.

Purchased a couple of t-shirts on offer, quick and and easy process, never have any problems with the items, posted out quickly and happy with what I got.

Got a Mystery Box XL. All items were good but it came with 2 T-shirts a 3XXL and a 4XXL totally useless to me. It’s not that hard to put a size chart up if t-shirts are in the box.
Extremely disappointing.

Really good choice and range of products. Only wish postage was free. As I live outside the UK I can't avail of the red carpet offer's or free delivery.

I ordered a black widow sweatshirt and it never came. I sent numerous emails and in all fairness to zavvi, their replies were pretty quick but the issues were never really resolved. Before I cancelled my order, it was already being returned to them. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again unless it’s important :( wouldn’t recommend
