The jacket made it in great shape, but I ordered the wrong size. I ordered a M should've ordered a L. Can I send it back to exchange for a larger size...? I received a response, says wait for someone to reach out to me and let me know about the exchange process. I'm still waiting for this person to contact me. Soon please. I've check multiple times for the return process, in my email. It's not there.

I am not pleased with my experience. I ordered a black size small jacket for myself and I received a blue size large jacket.I tried your email address and no luck at all.

This jacket is beautifully made and fits my 6’5”, 3 xl husband perfectly. Delivery was quicker than expected, too. One suggestion or improvement would to package it more carefully, it arrived in a bag and after shipping had several wrinkles in it. I have it hanging and hope it will straighten out.
Unfortunately size is not as advertised. The 3X size is closer to a normal L size, and the color looks a bit strange. I am sorry, but want to be fully honest.
