DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! SCAMMERS!!!!!
I ordered a Nehru style jacket from them, but they sent me an entirely different jacket in the same colour. When I told them it wasn't what I wanted, they said I could keep it, simply choose another item from them, and they'd send it to me for free. I replied that I wanted the Nehru jacket I'd ordered, but they said it was out of stock. In other words, they'd sent me the other jacket in the hope that I'd simply accept it. They then said that if I wanted to return it to them, I would be the one paying the return postage. Have so far been unable to get my money refunded. They are a total waste of space - they clearly send you an item you don't want, and then keep your money because you can't touch them.

Guess what? After 4 months, 37 trust pilot posts, one dedicated Facebook page, 36 emails and submission of paperwork to the Dutch small claims court, I received my refund.

Paid 60 pounds for a wool mens short, smart blue jacket, supposedly!!!
When it arrived, Ohhhh my life, it's like made out of an old Army blanket material. Its shockingly bad.
They then wanted 53 pounds in postage to return this absolutely piece of garbage back to CHINA
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This company tricks customers into thinking they’re based in Europe, but they’re actually in China. They use AI‑generated photos that don’t match the real products. What I received had no tags, no composition details, and was polyester instead of wool. The quality was terrible.
Now they want me to send the item back to China for a refund, even though they advertise as if they’re in Europe. I’ve effectively lost £70.

Me again….still nothing other than crippling disappointment.
This is a small amount of money in the whole scheme of world issues however, companies like this cannot be allowed to get away with daylight robbery.

Do not buy from this website, it’s basically a scam. I ordered a herringbone woollen blazer and a plastic jacket from China is what arrived. They back and forthed by email pretending they’d give me 30% back (the alternative was sending the jacket back to china at my own expense and that was never going to result in a refund either), but they never did. I can’t believe the website is still there. Assume any positive reviews are fake.

Helpful support team, smooth return process. I’ll keep coming back.

I ordered a coat and paid £75 so I expected a good quality coat.

The least I expected was to get the coat I ordered, instead I got a different coat which was cheap and of sub standard quality.
Something like you get on Temu!

I emailed them but was told I had to pay to return the coat back to CHINA! as that was their Policy when quick clearly IT WAS THEIR ERROR!

SO PLEASE AVOID I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED OF MY £75!!

They have asked me to contact them but dont be fooled, whoever you speak with tells you the same thing that its their policy that the customer will pay return postage back to CHINA.

THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO LISTEN.

Update:

After nearly 3 Months they have still NOT refunded my money!!
They are Now Ignoring my emails.

Please do not buy from this site. I ordered a jacket which turned out more like a XS than the L I wanted. It took many days to get a response, only be told 'we don't do refund'. But if you are prepared to pay another £45 wil will send you a larger size. I secured a deal for what I was prepared to pay.

The internet is a huge place, don't be fooled by this lot - take your time and find a better alternative.

I will have an XS jacket which I don't need and I can not return.

You have been WARNED!

Update re previous review.The company have come back with a reply which fully resolves my disappointment with previous replies .Must confirm that although the product side was small the product was of excellent quality.The only criticism is if they could put chest size uk/euro

Après 2 mois , malgré les nombreux mails envoyés à "Yvonne Eclat", la douane chinoise m'a renvoyé le colis prétextant qu'il manquait un papier ! lequel je ne le saurai jamais .....
Arnaque ce site, 40 euros pour renvoyer un colis mais pourquoi devait il passer par la Chine, je ne le saurai jamais .......

Wore the blouse straight away, lovely cut and soft fabric. Such a pleasant surprise.

et si vous voulez renvoyer l article, ce sera vers la chine et a vos frais (comme annoncé sur le site), et c est donc presque aussi couteux que le produit lui meme. Sur le site ils disent etre aux pays bas.

J’ai passé la commande d’une veste mais elle s’est révélée trop étroite et pas de taille plus grande. Pour la renvoyer il me fallait débourser une somme de près de 20€. Ils m ont proposé un dédommagement partiel que j’ai accepté ! Cela fait maintenant 6 mois. Ils m’ont envoyé de multiples mails à chacune de mes relances en prétextant que le service commercial vaut du retard pdans le traitement des demandes. Depuis 1 mois plus de nouvelles. Ce n’est pas un site fiable et a éviter absolument.

Site à fuire , les produits sont envoyé de chine et impossible a retourner et service commercial déplorable qui ne trouvera aucune solution a vous apporter

Publications mensongères, cher, et déjà très très mauvaise qualité.
Les tailles conseillées sont fausses trop petites.
Pur plastic mais certaines pas cuir, odeur de plastic, 100% produit provenant de Chine pour ce blouson.
Le mdme vendu chez KIABI armement prix il y a 3 ans, mais etait de bien meilleur qualité et doublé.
Je pensais retrouver le meme, mais quelle déception!!! Et en plus on doit encore payer les frais de retour et pour Uel délais le remboursement lol🤣🤣

j'ai commandé sur le site Yvonne Eclat: la fabrication en chine n'était pas mentionnée. 15 jours de délai de livraison. Grosse déception à l'arrivée sur la qualité des produits, l'impression du tissu, la coupe.
Et grosse difficulté à communiquer avec eux sur un retour possible.

Le gilet que j'ai commandé ne correspond pas du tout au descriptif de l'annonce !
Alors qu'il paraissait très moelleux et chaud, c'est un gilet très simple , très fin et sans charme aucun !(légèrement trop petit de surcroît ) Il ne comporte aucune étiquette de taille ni de composition, contrairement aux normes dans notre pays!
Il vient de Chine alors que le nom laisse à penser qu'il serait fabriqué en France!
J'ai contacté le service client qui s'est dit désolé et qui a dit qu'il demanderait le remboursement auprès de la direction mais je n'ai jamais été remboursé de quoi que ce soit et le retour est tellement onéreux en Chine que j'y ai renoncé !!
Site à éviter à tout prix, c'est une arnaque !

Je l’ai mise un samedi où je n’avais rien de prévu, et je ne l’ai pas quittée.

C’est mon test ultime pour un vêtement. Celui-là passe haut la main.
