Yuzyil Hospital Recenzje 

I came for a mummy make over 26/3/2024. I had some complications which were no fault of the hospital, just how my body reacted, and the staff and care have been amazing. Honestly puts the NHS to shame. I booked through Samira who was so helpful, even when I was probably being annoying asking 101 questions, nothing was too much trouble for her. I was in hospital for much longer than expected and built a lovely relationship with Esma the translator and all of the the nurses on the ward, all of them have been so friendly, caring and motivating.
My actual surgery results are amazing, I look and feel like a completely new woman and I cannot wait to show off my fully healed body.

Three weeks ago I had my gastric sleeve with Dr.Erhan . I am happy to share that it was a good experience. I was provided with translation, medication and good attention. I am in the process of recovery but I am confident the results are already amazing. I have lost 2.5 stone so far. Yuzyil hospital still in contact with me, providing me a diet programme. The dieticion Miss Buse is helping me to sustain healthier habits after surgery.

Wir waren im Januar für Implantat Austausch da, die Schwestern waren sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkomment.
Die Begleiter Neslihan, Fatma und Gizem sprechen perfekt deutsch und sind auch jederzeit hilfsbereit. Auch telefonisch bei FEIERABEND.
Ich schreibe meine Bewertung wirklich mit einem ruhigen Gewissen und kann dieses Krankenhaus nur weiter empfehlen.

Ich war Im Oktober als Patientin dort und kann es echt nur empfehlen. Die Ärzte sowie das Personal sind alle sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Keine genervten Krankenschwestern egal wie oft ich gerufen habe. Jedes Anliegen von mir wurde ernst genommen und nichts als wehwechen abgetan.

Der behandelde Arzt hat sich sehr gut vor und nach der OP um mich gekümmert.

The staff at the hospital is very friendly and nice. They are very helpful and always try to be there. After my surgery, I was asked very often how I was doing and all my questions were answered quickly. I can highly recommend the hospital!

Mein Mann und ich haben uns einer Schlauchmagen OP unterzogen. Von Transfer, sämtliche Untersuchungen, Chirug , Hotel war alles in Ordnung und gut organisiert.
Einen kleinen Minuspunkt gibt es da das Personal wenig englisch spricht aber mit einer Übersetzungsapp ist alles möglich🤣
Wir haben uns gewagt und sind jetzt überglücklich !

Ich habe von kurz eine Magen OP gehabt und die Krankenhaus ist top un die Leute von dort arbeiten sind einfach fantastisch und ganz lieb ich habe eine sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht . Und noch was ich habe wichlichen Freunden gefunden

Ich habe am 21.08.23 eine Schlauchmagen-OP bekommen.
Ich kann die Klinik wärmstens empfehlen. Vorbereitend werden alle Fragen und die Operation sehr gut erklärt. Bei Ankunft wird man vom Flughafen abgeholt und zur Klinik gebracht. Man muss sich um nichts kümmern.
Vorort wird man von seinem Dolmetscher in Empfang genommen. Alle Schritte werden noch einmal erklärt und alle Voruntersuchungen vom Dolmetscher begleitet. Alle sind sehr nett, professionell und hilfsbereit.
Auch die Nachsorge lief und läuft einwandfrei.
Ich würde mich sofort wieder für diese Klinik entscheiden. 1*

Das einzige was ich auszusetzen habe Abends und nachts kichern singen und Musik wenn Patienten schlafen wollen war sehr unangenehm für Patienten die eine op hatten und sich versuchen zu erholen und die Türen sehr laut ansonsten kann ich über diese Station Schwestern und Arzt nix negatives sagen vielen lieben Dank für den Aufenthalt und ein großes Danke an den Arzt der mir ein neues Leben Geschenkt hat Merve 🫶🏽 Neslihan🫶🏽 Buse🫶🏽 Danke ♥️

Dieses Krankenhaus ist nur zu empfehlen!
Ich habe mich im März und mein Mann hat sich jetzt im Oktober operieren lassen.
Man wird von der Ankunft bis zur Entlassung überallhin begleitet, die Untersuchungen verlaufen immer schnell und ohne Komplikationen.
Toller Arzt 🥰, tolles Team, alle sind superfreundlich, kompetent und zuvorkommend.
Die Zimmer werden öfter am Tag gereinigt und auch die Betten jeden Tag frisch bezogen.
Ich kann euch das Krankenhaus nur empfehlen, überzeugt euch selber, ihr werdet es nicht bereuen!

I recently underwent Gastric Sleeve surgery with Dr. Erhan Bakircioglu at the Pendik Yuzyil Hospital in Istanbul. I had never had surgery or gone under general anaesthetic since my tonsillectomy when I was 7 (I am 60!) so I was pretty scared, to say the least! I also travelled from the UK to Türkiye alone so I was very nervous. However, the lovely staff at the hospital were so amazing that I was soon put at ease. After all the necessary health checks were made and approved and I had been introduced to all the medical professionals that would be present during my surgery, on the following day I was wheeled into the operating theatre with myself and the staff singing and dancing along to Tarkan!!! The operation was a total success and apart from the usual “gas pains” that subside very quickly, I felt little to no pain/discomfort. The hospital staff took great care of me and were always checking to make sure everything was ok. I am now one month post-op and have lost 5 kg (11Ibs). My only regret? That I didn’t do this sooner! I plan to return to Yuzyil Hospital next year to have other surgical/dental procedures done and to hug Dr. Bakircioglu and his staff for helping me battle my obesity!
I would also like to thank the translators, a lovely young lady called Sara (who speaks about 5 languages😮) and my now friend Shamira, who was always there for me since the very beginning of this weight loss journey and helped in making the entire experience a very pleasant one.

I would not recommend this hospital to anyone at all. And please beware of fake reviews! My experience is my truth.

It has been difficult to find out the information that I needed.

Samira, the "International patient consultant", is a demeaning, rude, judgemental and unsavory person with a very poor attitude indeed! Why do hospitals hire such people, I do not know.

It should be simple, and it is essential, to establish a rapport with a facility that will do various procedures that require a high degree of trust. It should be simple enough to find out what procedures are available and the fees associated with them.

I have spoken with several facilities in Istanbul and some are very professional, accessible, open, responsive and available. I have had video consultations with doctors and pleasant dialogues with the associates, by video and audio, to help me. But not here, not with "Samira". She accused my of wanting to do a "video" or conversational hangout!? She said, and stated, many unprofessional and truly ugly things for no reason whatsoever.

Samira is a demeaning, arrogant, narcissistic and unsavory human being who should not be doing anything with customers at all. Anyone that is successful in business knows that "rapport" is everything!!

You will be asked all sorts of personal information immediately but don't give it!! Not yet, read the reviews, find out the reputation, get the procedures and prices first. Establish a a rapport and then, if you are comfortable, do a online consultation with someone that actually cares about you! Not this hospital, not "Samira"! Stay away from this place.

Find someone that will genuinely care about you as a human being, and as a patient. It's not always just about money!

I thoroughly research my potential treatment centers and I hope you do to.

I was recomended by my daughter who had a mummy make over at Yuzyil Hospital .
So i decided to have my mummy make over at the Yuzyil hospital the care i recieved was fantastic, could not fault it both doctor , nurses and co-ordinators were all so helpful and kind. I have had the best care and would be happy to have other procedures at yuzyil hospital again.Im so happy with the results they have given me a new found confidance.
I would strongly recomend this hospital to anyone who is thinking of having any procedure done 💯.

Une expérience vraiment forte en émotion. Pour moi au sein de cette hôpital ou j’ai été faire une liposuccion 360 et un bbl un travail très bien réalisé une prise en charge exceptionnelle avec meriem qui est une perle vraiment avant même d’arrivée et bien après être partie elle est d’un soutien et d’une attention exceptionnelle une réactivité du service entier chirurgien infirmière vraiment super et peu importe l’heure ou la distance ils sauront vous guider vous rassurez merci pour cette expérience .

Hola soy paciente operada de una Manga Gastrica el día 05/06. Me encuentro muy bien de salud y mi operación y resultados los vi y los veo de inmediato. Complacida totalmente con todo el personal desde Shamira, Merve, Shara y Nutricionista , el M.D Ethan Bakircioglu y todo el personal del hospital. Altamente recomendado desde el primer día que llegue hasta el último día que regresé a Londres. Ich habe sehr gute Erfahrung mit dieses Krankenhaus von Beginn an bis zum Schluss gemacht. Die Beratung war hervorragend. Es wurde um alles gedacht. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und hat mir jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Die Operation (Schlauchmagen) war sehr gut. Ich hatte keinerlei Beschwerden danach, so das ich gezweifelt hatte, ob ich überhaupt operiert wurde 😅 aber die Narben sind da und die Kilos weg 🙏 die vorsorge und nachsorge über whatspaap hat wundervoll geklappt. Es wird immer geantwortet und jede Frage wird beantwortet. Ich würde mich immer wieder für dieses Krankenhaus entscheiden. DANKE !!
