I placed an order. Delivery date came and went. Company said it was pending. I contacted them, an update appeared which gave tracking details, and said delivered. Items were not delivered, delivery date from Royal Mail was the day before I placed the order 5th September 2026. I have contacted the merchant numerous times and have had no communication at all. Items are out sourced by Yumbles, and they will look into it after 2 days. So - I have paid for cookies that have not arrived, and am struggling to get a refund! Avoid like the plague!

The owner was friendly and helpful when contacted. The gift arrived in good time, and well packaged, for the birthday and was greeted with delight at the idea of adding the mixes to different products not just to pimp Mayo :)

The chopping board is beautiful. The craftsmanship is excellent. It was also delivered earlier than expected. Thank you

The cake was lovely, light and fluffy, and tasted absolutely delicious. My whole family enjoyed it and couldn’t believe it was sugar-free!

I had to wait a little while to receive my chopping board as it is hand made. It was well worth the wait. It is an an amazing piece of timber, full of character. I cant wait to start using it for its intended purpose. Highly recommended seller - I would purchase again!
