Sehr sehr seltsames und dubioses geschäftsgebaren. Hatte mehrere Accounts, auch unter anderem für Freundin und Familie, die Sims funktionieren meist für eine gewisse Zeit, teilweise haben sie sich sogar einmalig erfolgreich verlängert, aber irgendwann nach kürzester Zeit fallen sie trotzdem allesamt aus. Keine Ahnung, was die Firma damit bezweckt, aber deren Versprechen sind auf jeden Fall falsch und Grenzen in meinen Augen an Betrug, und wenn man sich auf die SIM-Karte verlässt, ist man im Ausland durchaus aufgeschmissen... Extrem extrem shady.

Null Support, keine Funktion
Karte ist deaktiviert. Support einfach nicht erreichbar habe schon mehrmals versucht ihn zu erreichen. Habe damals bei seeek sogar für die sim bezahlt.
Sieht für mich alles nach scam aus.

My e-sim card received in March seems still not to be active (info in cockpit: renewal: Must activate first). I've contacted the customer service multiple times (3-4x seeek; 2x yozax) but so far the customer support did not get in contact with me...

Update: They activated my eSIM which works great. I just wanted to do a quick update that this is a valid service!
I have been waiting more than a month to get my SIM activated. I see a lot of people complaining about this, so right now, I have a bad feeling that this is a scam. Hopefully, I am wrong, but people, please be aware!

Mein alter SEEK account geht nicht. Laut Dasboard auf 1 GB umgestellt. esim wird angezeigt, lässt sich nicht neu installieren.

Damals bereits bei Seeek SIM geholt, dann die kostenpflichtige Skip-Variante bezahlt und seitdem nie wieder was gehört. Mit dem neuen Branding funktionieren die Login-Daten nicht mehr und auf Tickets über das Supportportal kommen keine Antworten! Vereinzelt scheint es bei einigen anfangs zu funktionieren, danach aber nicht mehr.

It works well
Today I received my eSIM and I activated it. My phone uses 4G and the speed was good as the other 4G providers. Now the Yozax service looks OK. Thank you!

Enough is enough
I've been really supportive and protective of you all this time, but that's really enough now.
I was in Japan until last week, but the SIM card from SEEEK, which is the predecessor of this new brand here, stopped working after 1GB of the promised 6GB. I was left looking pretty stupid, I can only say! I then opened a support ticket but haven't received any response so far, but the support portal stopped working after a few days instead.
And now the entire Seeek brand has simply been renamed to another brand, my account is not working anymore, instead of 3GB per sim there is only 1GB and it seems that it is only limited to Europe...
I'm really sorry guys but nobody here will understand that!
Edit: If YOZAX is something different than Seeek, why is the URL seeek.io forwarding to your site? Come on..

Ich wollte nur kurz Fragen auf welche wartezeit man sich bei der erstellung der ESIM einstellen muss und dann wurde mir ein Paar Stunden später schon die fertige ESIM bereitgestellt. Netz ist bei mir Vodafone ud lauft stabil. Gerne wieder.
