Ich wollte auf die Website kommen und es geht nicht al würde sie nicht existieren

a total scam. they don't respond to tickets or chat. after a month, there is no renewal of the 1gb of data. there is no access after use.

Scam..i pay 5 Dollars 24.9. and I get nothing. E-Mails No Response. Contact in Website dont Work.

Scam, es werden immer neue Seiten und Angebote hochgezogen, aber es kommt nichts.

Am 1.2. Sollte es einen Restart geben, aber wie eigentlich erwartet tut sich mal wieder nichts. Keine e-sim wie angekündigt, keine Antwort des Supports auf early access Zugang, etc. Yozax, ex seeek ist mal wieder total unzuverlässig und vielleicht wieder tot?

Nachfolger von Seeek um sich aus der Verantwortung zu ziehen. Finger weg!

Der Nachfolgeprozess bezieht sich rein auf SIMs für Europa, es gibt keinen anderen Karten mehr.

Giving them a second chance. They did renew my previous esim from their predecessor company. It took about a week for the new esim to be reissued, but that's understandable considering the holidays.

I do wish the company would provide roaming in North America once again. But free is free, and handy for my trips to Europe!

Yozax, der Nachfolger von Seeek stellt für den Großteil der EU und Türkei eine kostenfreie ESim mit 1gb Datenvolumen zur Verfügung. Das klappt wunderbar. Es gibt die freie Version, da muss man warten oder man zahlt die fairen 5€ und bekommen die Lifetime Esim ruck zuck zugestellt. Hoffen wir mal das Lifetime länger ist als bei Seeek. Fair finde ich, dass man die Kostenpflichtige Variante sofort bekommen hat, nachdem man sein Zahlungsbeleg von Seeek eingereicht hat. Viel Erfolg und danke

Esim set up quickly and works well.

After having done the founder payment of 5,- EUR I received the esim data within a few hour.
The sim works well
After 1 month the esim does not work anymore, even if the expiry data has been set to 30 days in futere. The status is unknown, the volume not set back.
The so-called Premium Support contacted via contact page and some days later via mail does not react at all, allrhough already four working days have passed.
This minor support!
I seem not to be the only one having this problem with deactivate esim and no support.
Very poor!

Haben gerade eine Email geschickt, dass sie neu starten wollen und alle alten Daten löschen (ich habe so den Verdacht um Spuren zu verwischen). Probiere es gerne noch mal aus, aber wenn das testimonial auf der Website schon fake ist, glaube ich denen nicht viel. Ich konnte keine Grace Hartley finden und das Bild ist teil von einem Template (siehe mygamedaylive.com )
Update: Nach wenigen Stunden habe ich eine Antwort erhalten und habe jetzt eine eSIM bekommen. Funktioniert leider noch nicht ganz.

Very bad experiences.
First I was given two sim cards because I had paid money for the old project. Then my account was simply deleted. When I asked support, they told me to pay again.
What a cheek!
Now the support no longer responds either.

Did buy the skip option on seeek.co and never got an esim or a support response. Now the company simply rebranded completely.
As i paid and never got something I would call it scam.

After paying for seeek free sim and never got e-sim service or response, I could reset my account for the yozax rebrand.
For some time I could login into this account but never could access the e-sim. Now they have just deleted my account.
The scam they started with seeek seems to be just repeating on a new company - stay away from it.

Es funktioniert einfach nicht, wenn man eine eSim-Profil bekommt, dann sollte es jedes Monat die 1GB neu bekommen, nur die Erneuerung funktioniert nicht, also muss man den Support kontaktieren. Der reagiert aber mittlerweile auf Anfragen seit Tagen nicht mehr. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

I waited a whole month and didn’t receive an eSIM and wrote to support 2 times didn’t respond from the 29 October to now November 29 so I want an eSIM now and an explanation why I need to wait a month

kann mich meinem Vorredner nur anschließen, nachdem bei Seeek gar nichts ging, habe ich nach einer Beschwerde dann die Karte von Yozax bekommen, und was soll ich sagen, das Ganze lief genau 30 Tage, als die Karte sich verlängern sollte nichts mehr, Support keine Antwort, ich denke das Ganze ist ein Fall für den Staatsanwalt, hier werden Leute reihenweise veralbert. Wer die Karte tatsächlich für einen Urlaub oder auf Reisen braucht ist hier mächtig aufgeschmissen. Ich werde das mal an die Behörden weiterleiten.
