Fast delivery, good value and friendly on the phone.

I have used these previously BUT never again !
Dreadful company to deal with. They just cancelled my order without any communication! They are just like the rest of them !
Will never use them again

We have used NRG (including other company name changes) for our oil supplies for over 35 years, which speaks for itself.
The service offered from sales office to delivery is second second to non.
They remind you that you may need a delivery, when prices may change and because we pay by monthly direct debit, we don't face huge bills.
The delivery drivers are really friendly and efficient. I always go out to speak to them but if I'm not here they make sure my dog is secure.

Excellent customer service, my delivery arrived before the expected date which was a real bonus as we were running low

Overall excellent experience - considering we had not used this company before. Slight delay in delivery date from a fri to mon hence ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️but we were ok with this considering the war with Iran especially with regard to blockade of possible future oil deliveries.
Would definitely use again.

Quick delivery just a shame you doubled your price in a couple of days of price hike but also did other companies.

Been buying exclusively from NRG for a number of years. They are always on time. Drivers are always friendly and helpful and price is always competitive even in current difficult times.

A difficult time for me and you were saviours in the pricing frenzy. The fellow who delivered was very friendly helpful and reassuring. I shall not return to my previous supplier

The delivery was in good time. Your driver was efficient and although the price had increased, it was competitive.

Communication was poor and needed to chase them after 3 days with no response. Oil turned up late with no explanation apart from the demand was high. Asked for a partial refund because I paid extra for a specified a delivery date and they refused with no explanation apart from their terms states no refunds. Customer service team are dreadful and are very unhelpful. I would advise to avoid this poor company

Ordered 500 litres in March with a promised delivery date of “on or before 15 April.” The day before delivery, I was notified of a delay and given a new date of Saturday 18 April. The delivery never arrived, and there was no follow-up communication—no text or email—to explain the further delay. Due to the lack of communication and reliability, I cancelled the order as I no longer had confidence in Your NRG.

I am appalled by Your NRG, I placed an order 18 days ago for a delivery on or before 15th (please see attached), I received a text the day before confirming the delivery, nothing turned up, no communication or apology! I then received a text a day later to say the delivery was now the 18th!! Which I have little faith in this happening!

I ordered oil via Boiler juice in Feb 2025 and that went to Your NRG Avonmouth and that delivery didn’t turn up either, I had to cancel that order as it still wasn’t delivered over a week late!

First time order, good price but not impressed with delivery. Day before delivery i got email saying there is a delay and expect it in 1-2 days. 2 days passed and no update or delivery. Still waiting.

2 deliveries received today to ours and my sons property by Daniel Gosling. Excellent driver / personality. Absolute credit to the Company ! Won’t hesitate to use this Company again !

The driver delivered our oil while we were out without any problems. We are very happy with this company.

Overordered our needs , but driver filled tank to capacity - lovely lady (Dorinda) in the office said no penalty to pay just the amount delivered . Ace company to deal with - no hassle and simple on line .
