Only giving a 1 as I cannot give a 0. Its the most appalling take over of pinnock brothers (I was a customer foe 10+ years), 9 months of chasing NWF for an invoice to be cancelled that I never received the oil, hours of my time and almost 0 response from anyone and still the issue continues. The complaints department has not replied in over 1 month breaking their promises. All I can say is do not use this company!

Been dealing with booths for 30 years but since take over service is shocking , deliveries are very slow averaging 10 days or not turning up at all with no communication. Been waiting 2 weeks for delivery and after contacting them found out it had been cancelled without notice and wasn’t told because person who took the order had gone off sick , how ridiculous
This will be my last order with them , so sad as the previous owners were fantastic

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction and horror regarding the pricing strategy recently applied to my account. As a loyal customer who has trusted NWF Fuels Ltd with my business, I was shocked to discover that the price I was charged for my recent order was more than 24 pence per litre (ppl) higherthan the nationally available price at the time.
When a customer establishes a long-term relationship with a supplier, there is an expectation of fair dealing, transparency, and competitive loyalty pricing. Instead, your sales team has chosen to penalise my loyalty by charging an extortionate premium that completely detaches itself from the national market average. This is not only unacceptable, but it also severely damages the trust I placed in your company as part of the wider NWF Group plc.
If NWF Fuels Ltd continues to treat its established, loyal customers with such disregard, you will undoubtedly find that they will leave your company and take their business elsewhere. In a competitive market, customer retention relies entirely on fair treatment, and your current sales tactics actively drive patrons into the arms of your competitors.
I expect a prompt review of my recent invoice and a formal explanation as to why this massive discrepancy occurred. Furthermore, I request that my account be credited to reflect a fair market rate for this delivery.
I look forward to your swift response and a resolution to this matter before I consider taking my business to an alternative supplier.

Failed delivery yet again.received multiple emails saying the delivery would be the next day to get an email a few hours later saying they can’t deliver. Placed the order on 25/8 today is 4/9 and still nothing. Requested calls to customer service. Everyone promises to sort it out but then I don’t get the call backs I’m promised. Honestly in future will use a different company as this is the third time they have done this to me. It didn’t used to be like this when I first started using them something is very wrong internally in this company

Called to close our account this morning as we’re switching to a Heat Source Pump - Janet could not have been more helpful throughout the call, adding a possible tank disposal supplier before we closed the call - thank her for her service today and as a long-standing oil supplier previously

We have experienced a really poor service from them since they took over Pinnocks in Newbury. We have had to chase for deliveries and then we have been charged twice. We know they have done the same to others. Check your bank and credit card statements to make sure you haven’t been too.

After my last order for Fuel was cancelled in begining of July. I had phoned a couple of times to be told that there Tanker cannot get up the Road because there Tanker is too Big and they dont have a smaller one.
Then on Last Friday we Noticed there Tanker delivering to our neighbour who actually lives on our Lane . They actually have to come onto our property to get to our neighbours . So we Rang again and they said they would see if they can get the order reinstated and will phone me . Again they havent . The Depot in Dyserth , North Wales has a problem. If your in our area and serviced from this Depot , Dont Bother. And one more thing NWF . If you respond to this review saying just contact you . We already have numerous times , you say your going to sort it but you dont. There is one thing you can tell me , is there any one i can report the company to for the total collapse of service and Lies. We have no fuel. We ordered at a time the oil price dropped because you sent an email with a deal to lock the price in. We did . But we get this

Ordered red diesel for one of our farm sites last week
They delivered heating oil to a house half a mile away
This is third time they have got order wrong
Such poor service to what we used to have in North Yorkshire.

Great company to deal with. I needed a delivery urgently as I was about to run out of heating oil. NWF Fuels were exceptionally helpful and delivered with 2 days. Their staff were extremely efficient.

Short changed. Pretty sure I got ripped off here, oil tank did not seem to have filled up much post a delivery by this NWF. I am in a dispute over payment but seeing as they are threatening legal action I am going to be forced to pay as It is going to be impossible to prove my end. Avoid this company at all cost, I have used multiply suppliers in Berkshire over a 25 year period and this has been the worst experience, period.

Absolutely shocking company. Holiday cottage needing fuel, booked delivery, then received text saying not coming. Many many phone calls later, still no true explanation of their incompetence. Sadly helpful people on phone let down by their managers.

Delivery staff were polite, professional, efficient and considerate - friendly and helpful.

Accidentally paid them too much, my mistake an online payment to the wrong company, so just asked for it to be returned, simple!
Not for this lot their systems won't allow it, it will be 10 days!!! Talking to people with no customer skills whatsoever , I'll be closing our account in favour Northover Fuels.

Our local oil firm supplying heating oil was taken over by nwf. The service was shocking, delivery delays and issues, every price quoted was marked up over other suppliers and had to be negotiated pre ordering. I was given a personal account manager when threatened to leave, I tried using twice, once they weren't available, the second the phone never got answered... I decided to cancel our account after a delivery issue where we stated a day it could not be delivered, which they then booked that day for delivery. After having to rearrange they failed to rebook a delivery. I then cancelled our account and that delivery and was told my credit would be refunded in 7 to 10 days. After 10 days and having to source other funding to pay for another company to deliver the oil I rang enquiring to where the refund was. I was told they had failed to process the refund and will now have to wait a further 7-10 days. We are now financially stretched due to there failings and was told there was no means to accelerate this process even though it was their failing. Do not use, go to a local supplier

Do not order if you need fuel delivered on time . Ordered 5000 litres of tractor fuel on the Monday which they said they would deliver on the Wednesday . An Email was received confirming delivery would be by Thursday at the latest. No fuel arrived by Friday morning , I rang up to chase the delivery.They rang back to tell me the order had been incorrectly put down so had to cancel and start again . Couldn’t deliver until following Wednesday a week and two days after initial order. Lady on the end of phone made me feel like it was my fault told me off for being upset when they wouldn’t deliver sooner. Thankfully rang another fuel company Friday for Monday delivery !

Shocking at responding to any customer issues. They promise verbally to rectify it but haven’t, never respond to emails. I’m now 3 months, 8 emails and 16 phone calls in and still no further forward. Overcharged me on my last invoice on top of the other issues I cannot get sorted it. Impossible for any business to deal with and I’ve been a customer for years but can no longer justify staying.

Absolutely hopeless. Ordered Red Diesel six weeks ago. Reminded them two weeks ago. Now told they have no idea when it will be delivered.
Their delivery of heating oil is little better.
Customer Service since they took over Noel Booth and Sons has reduced from 5 star to 1 star.

Your reviews really are appalling…50% of your customers cannot give you the top rating.

We can see now how you have taken over from local oil delivery companies and provide an incompetent, unprofessional customer experience with many siting rude, unhelpful staff who fail to return calls/messages.

You really do deserve to be exposed for the “service" you are providing and the profiteering that you are seeking to undertake at the present time.

NWF took over Borman in the SouthEast. Called to place a delivery to be faced by a really aggressive man who clearly had no interest in customer satisfaction or interaction. This seems to reflect the experience of many others. Simply don't use.

Spoke to Deb this morning. Really helpful and knowledgeable about the fuel prices. I had a high rate due to the world circumstances but Deb fetched it down for me. Really nice to speak to a happy person working on a weekend. Thanks Deb.
