Amazing customer service

I made an error when ordering and stupidly put the wrong address in, customer services responded straight away and sent out a replacement. I've not received them yet, but am really impressed with the service!

Delivery let’s this company down

Love this brand just wish there was an option to choose the delivery service. Amazon have twice left the delivery on the doorstop when it’s raining outside and as you can imagine water and tampons aren’t a great combo.

Can’t live without these now!

High quality, safe and gives you full security around leaks.

The CBD tampons are now a must for me! They reduce cramps, tension and anxiety in about 15 minutes and have transformed my period experience!

Highly highly recommended!

Pros but cons as well

Tampons came quickly. Looked super cute. Box and packaging was lovely. Love that it’s bio-degradable and good for the environment. This is good but I had my tampons in my gym bag which had my towel in and when they got damp from the towel the packaging disintegrated & all stuck to the tampon so I wasn’t able to use them as I’d have to wash the stickiness off then the tampon would be wet. This was annoying. And in regards to the tampons themselves , I have a very light flow so got the regular absorption tampons and leaked onto my knickers every time I had them in. I found they didn’t expand at all when inside so I leaked every time. Which is a shame.

To help protect your tampons, we recommend storing them in the metal tin that you receive with your first order when necessary.

Great products but quite long delivery

I love your products, esp. the tampons. Love presentation and no plastic in any of your packaging! My only concern is the lengthy time it takes to receive orders (almost a month!) which is def discouraging when in need of period care right away. But keep up the good work!

No answer from customer service

My package was stolen by the delivery person, i contacted customer service to receive help, either be reimburse or sent it again.
NO HELP WAS RECEIVED
Just automatic email, stating that i ask for help asking me and if i was satisfied WITHOUT HELPING

Period game changer

Probably the best customer service I have ever received

Unfortunately my order got lost in the post. Daye were quick to respond, politely and efficiently not only sent out a replacement but gave me a full refund. Which I did not expect at all. Beautiful packaging and products. They have a loyal customer in me going forward.

Got there in the end!

Update: Eventually managed to make contact with their customer service team by using a different email address, who were then very prompt in responding and resolving my query. Couldn’t fault their CS, thank you to Simona and Maria for persevering, much appreciated.

I’m not entirely confident the tech issue was really looked into (possibly some issue with secure Apple email addresses) but this work-around did the job.

No fault with the product, in fact really like Daye and would happily be a continuing customer.

Unfortunately I had a problem with a delivery that I’ve emailed about, received one response on 26/08 from Maria asking for more details and then they’ve never responded since, despite several follow-ups. It’s quite strange, especially given their TP review – literally feels like they’ve blocked / blacklisted my email address or something. Don’t really know how I feel about the lack of CS, and the fact I’m out of pocket because of the lack of resolution.

I love Daye!

I have been a customer since 2021! In particular, the CBD version of Daye makes me very delighted that I moved from the original branded Tampons. I truly look forward to using Daye since they reduce my discomfort and are comfortable, even though my periods are still the same obnoxious, excruciating monster that comes every month. The shipment arrives promptly and on time, and I can easily modify my delivery date.

I basically rely on Daye!

I rely on my Daye deliveries these days! They come through like clockwork, even if my period doesn't! A couple of times, I've emailed them last minute and they've kindly amended the order - when other companies would usually tell you it's too late. Their customer service is amazing.

Incredible!!

Incredible! I love everything I’ve tried from this brand. The super plus bamboo pads are not only really comfortable but are also the only pads that prevent leakages when my period is at its heaviest, and the CBD infused tampons are amazing at reducing cramps. 10/10, am purchasing some smaller pads for my daughter.
