WONDERFUL, Daye is the best!

I ordered Daye’s vaginal microbiome test. I should start off with saying that the product delivery, instructions and packaging were all great. I have not had my test results yet so cannot comment on that part.

I am compelled to give a two star rating because I discovered at the testing stage (once I’ve opened all the packaging) that the test medium contains animal products, Bovine Serum and Gelatine. After having paid £100+ for the test and needing the results before a procedure I had no option but to continue the test. As a Vegan this was against my values. I didn’t recall the description mentioning that the product used animal products, I had a look back on their FAQ and neither was it there. There are other companies a lot more upfront about whether their products contain animal products.

Bought the super long pads that are super rubbish because they don't stick to the underwear properly! Designed so bloody poorly too as the flaps don't really do anything. The flaps don't stick to the underwear either. Packaging for the liners is so poor. I have to rip it in to 10 little pieces to get it out. Will never be buying again.

Great products I have always struggled with endometriosis and the generic brand often have unnatural chemicals in which make my pain worse … daye is a life saver

Fantastic products, super absorbent, sustainable and an added bonus- the beautiful packaging. Very engaging with customers and fast shipping on items! They provide regular tips and advice on female health and menstrual health which is really eye opening!

These menstrual products are so innovative. Daye has created an entire platform for vaginal health that actually makes me feel like more than a customer. Customer service is also excellent- every time I’ve had a question or issue, they’ve been immediately responsive!

Brilliant customer service. Managed to get results to me faster than expected. Will definitely use again. Plus it's fantastic to have a home test for HPV that allow us to track our health more regularly then an NHS pap test.

Testing with the tampon kit was super easy and comfortable, way better than a blood sample!

I also booked a consultation with a sexual health nurse to discuss my results and other reproductive concerns, but after mentioning my goals, I was redirected to a fertility nurse with more expertise in hormonal imbalances which I really appreciated. I loved that I was prompted to contact the nurse beforehand, which made it easy to share some context about my health in advance. The consultation itself was warm, supportive, and informative.

The booking process could be improved since you can’t manually rebook with another provider after canceling, but the nurse handled the switch smoothly via email, so it wasn’t a hassle.

Overall, highly recommend!

I love this company so much and wish I had discovered them sooner!! No nasty toxic chemicals to worry about on your body and the packaging is completely compostable made of paper and absolutely no plastic. So their products are great for people and the planet. The pads are very comfortable to wear and highly absorbent. I highly recommend this amazing brand and wish all brands would follow suit.

That’s really annoying that a product that works for females is put on hold. It was the only natural thing that worked in more then two ways. They are always so helpful and honestly I very first tried them due to the wrappers! The wrappers are so cool then the benefits. I can’t wait for the cbd ones to comes back out bec my cramps are extreme.

I suffer from really heavy painful periods. I don't know if it's placebo or if it has genuinely helped but since using Daye CBD tampons I have gone from needing codeine every period for several days.. to hardly needing it at all. They have definitely helped and I recommend them all the time.

Not only is this brand so informative and actively fighting against the taboo subject of all things vaginas! There an ethical and lovely brand. All products are of excellent quality and value. There really make me feel confident and comfortable!

The test kit was amazing. Easy to use just put a tampon in and follow the instructions on how to send back. I would highly recommend as it gives you knowledge of what is happening and how to treat it. I love that I can easily get medication prescribed but I believe a free quick consultation should be included as well just to guide you when it comes to medication.

I really enjoy using Daye, their products have been great for helping my periods, especially the CBD tampons. The customer service is great too and super quick to help with Amy queries. Would recommend.

I love the whole experience of being able to test in one own's time at their own convenience. Everything is simple and straightforward.
I was recommended to take medication which I did. Price for this was competitive.
The overall cost is a little high and also, the consultation, definitely the initial one, should be free, considering how much the testing costs.
Great concept though and I would use again!
