Customer service was wonderful and thoughtful when I had questions. The package came fairly quickly as I’m relatively far from the UK. The magazine was packaged so well! Would certainly recommend!

I had the best customer service, I’ve ever had. Somehow a magazine that the company didn’t have got in the store. I bought it unknowingly that they didn’t have it. Jonny Bancroft emailed me and explained. He said he would try to find one. The magazine was the New Your Times magazine with the Taylor Swift article in it. I looked everywhere around where I live. No such lucks Jonny got back to me and said they had one that had a wrinkled cover. I said I would take it. But after I thought about it I emailed Jonny Bancroft and said I didn’t want one that was more then wrinkled. And I then forgot about it. And I almost emailed Jonny Bancroft back and was going to get my money back. But that day, the magazine arrived and I opened it and it looks like a brand new copy. I was so surprised. I believe this company stand behind the purchases that people make and try to make purchases right. I only found a spot on that magazine cover. Jonny doesn’t realize how happy I am.

If the refund has indeed been processed, could I please ask for the refund confirmation that I have requested several times? For example, a transaction reference, confirmation from your payment provider, or any document confirming that the refund was issued.

So far, despite my previous requests, I have not received any confirmation, and I still cannot verify that the refund has been processed.

Unfortunately, despite the passing months, the matter remains unresolved.
After I posted my review, a company representative contacted me, giving me hope that the issue could finally be settled. Sadly, that did not happen. Instead of the refund I had requested from the start, I was offered a reshipment of the order. After waiting several months, I was no longer interested in that solution and asked for a refund.
I provided all the necessary payment details and waited patiently for further updates. Unfortunately, communication broke down again. I have received no response since my last message in June, and the refund has still not been processed.
I am simply disappointed, as I truly believed that once contact was established, the matter could be resolved to the satisfaction of both parties. I had stated from the beginning that I would update my review once the problem was resolved. However, I got the impression that the focus was more on changing the review than on actually resolving the issue.
I acknowledge that the address error was my mistake. However, that does not change the fact that I have been left without the product and without a refund for months, and communication with the company has once again been reduced to a minimum. Unfortunately, this type of customer service does not inspire my trust.

Horrible communication and customer service. Sent multiple emails asking for updates on my order, but received no response or a response with wrong information (and someone else’s tracking number). It’s been over a month and my package is still in transit. Please consider other companies first before placing your order here.

I had a problem with the delivery but Gina from the Customer Service was incredibly kind and patient with me, so that I could receive my package in Spain.
Everything was perfect.

EDIT: moved review from one star to two after the company got in touch with me only after leaving this review. They refunded the cost of the missing portion of our order but not a percentage of the shipping. Oh well, I’ll take it. Still very disappointed with the customer service & communication, as trust pilot seems like the only way to contact them (thanks to the suggestion of someone on social media, so I know this is not an isolated incident).

In April, my friend and I placed a combined order for a total of four magazines: behind the blinds x2 and wonderland x2. As of June, we have yet to receive both copies of wonderland. We were charged for the full order. Tracking updated for behind the blinds but not for wonderland. I contacted your celebrity magazines customer service. Initially, they responded promptly, informing me they were following up with their courier company. I heard nothing for a week, followed up, was assured someone named Lindy would be in touch with me, though nothing happened. I followed up again. It appears they are ghosting me. This is probably the worst, most baffling experience I’ve ever had with a company while shopping online. I’ll never shop here again and will tell others to avoid as well.

I received a damaged magazine, and their customer service wouldn’t replace or refund it because I could technically still read it. So you’re already over paying for magazines with this site and they can’t even be bothered to send their customers non battered magazines. I was genuinely so shocked, because I never expected a company to just be okay with sending out damaged items and then not fixing the issue.

Your rep Lindy was the best. He/She,? Kept on it to solve the issue of no delivery. Many emails keeping me informed. Finally got the message that it was shipped. Checked the mailbox and it was there!! Yeah! !!!
