Ordered 2 items and paid 48hour delivery for them. Was notified by email that one of the items was out of stock and that I will be refunded, which I was. The second item did arrive in good condition however not in the 48 hour time frame.
If I had known the other item was out of stock I would not have just ordered one item and paid 48 hour delivery, which feels like a waste of money on my end.
I would like to highlight though that the customer service is wonderful!

Ordered some bits for the weekend, the parcel was split into 2 deliveries and some bits arrived on time but the rest was not dispatched. A lady from the company called today and explained the issue with the delay and offered a discount. She was also able to refund me got the items I was waiting on which I was thankful for. I’ve been baking for almost a decade and have tried a lot of the popular cake supply companies. Although I didn’t receive everything I needed on time the customer service was definitely good and I would try these guys again, giving myself a bit more room/time to play with.

Placed an order on the Sunday received it Tuesday even though I didn't order on next day delivery my only gripe was the packaging the items needed bubble wrapping as I ordered heavy bottles of drip and cake boards which could have been easily damaged other than that everything was fine

Products good quality, well packaged, delivered next day despite only paying for up to 4 day delivery. Would order from them again, prices are competitive too. Would recommend .

First and last time that I will use this company. After 10 days, I still had no delivery so I emailed and said immediately that I wanted a refund as I had had no goods and if this was not forthcoming, I would be speaking to my credit card bank. No reply. I phoned a few days later and spoke to a woman who told me she wasn’t well and my email was the next one that she would be looking at and that they had had a problem with stock. Further to this I had ordered from the ‘new’ website and this had caused problems. Rubbish as far as I am concerned. I reiterated that if I didn’t receive my goods, I would be speaking to my bank. The woman did email and said that my order was being fulfilled. Never again!!! I would rather pay a few pounds more for stuff from my usual go-to companies than have this hassle again.

I had a few questions around what supplies I actually needed, so I got in contact with the team and got some great advice.
I placed my order which arrived promptly and packaged perfectly. Everything that arrived was what I was hoping for. Amazing customer service and will absolutely being using them for all my supplies!!!

I wished I had read these reviews before placing an order. Order placed on 20 July and paid extra for 48 hour delivery, nothing received by 23 July so emailed to advise I needed these by 26 at latest as my nephews 21st was on 27 July, no acknowledgement or response. Another email sent day after and still no response. I had to then go to Hobbycraft to re purchase what I had ordered so I could complete my nephews cake. The order turned up today, 27 July on his birthday and one of my cake boxes was missing and 2 other cake boxes were a different size to what I ordered. This has made me so stressed this week that I am not even bothering to send an email only to be ignored a third time. This was my first order and I certainly will not order from this company again. Shambles from order to delivery.

Only giving 1 star because 0 is not an option. Ordered some items and was very optimistic when someone rang me to advise one of the items was out of stock and another was slightly damaged. Agreed an alternative for the out of stock and a partial refund for the damaged item. Delivery day arrived and not only did I not receive the damaged item, but there was also a missing item which I’d paid full price for. I’m onto email number 3 now trying to get a full refund for the missing items and being completely ignored. Not even the courtesy of an acknowledgement. Disgraceful company and non-existent customer service 😡

Ordered 3 cake boxes beautiful to display cakes .. unfortunately wrong size sent but brilliant customer services has the right size the next day.. will definitely use again

I ordered on the 28th of June, products still haven’t been received, despite speaking to somebody on the phone last week who told me they had moved warehouses and my order had been lost along the way but would be sent out immediately after another 5 messages to them I have asked for a refund and still nothing!! First time using and even if I receive the products (which I highly doubt) I would never be using them again!

Amazing company! They’re my go to for all my baking supplies and always so efficient and helpful ☺️
If an item isn’t in stock then alternatives are always offered. I paid for 3-5 day delivery and it came the next day!! Couldn’t be happier x

Ordered chocolate moulds on the 8th of June and paid for faster delivery, but it still hasn’t arrived. I emailed the company several times with no replies.

Unsure of this company. I placed an order and was still waiting for its arrival only to find out from my account they refunded me without notification. No email or message to say why they refunded me the thing is if they had contacted me i would have had time to look elsewhere. The item appears to be in stock. Not sure this company will last

Ordered end June. No items have turned up.
I keep emailing with no replies.
