I ordered a dated christening embosser on the 8th June it was dated for the 28.06.26 and it didn’t arrive until the 29.06.26. I would have thought 15 working days for this to arrive would have been more than enough. Luckily I looked at trustpilot reviews and decided to order from another company which arrived within 2 days of ordering. This was me giving this business a second chance after the same thing last year. Never again. I’ve messaged several times to try and get my money back for the poor service but no response. I’m going to message Etsy to make them aware of these reviews as this company sells on there. I ordered through the website. Do not order from this company.

I ordered two personalised stamps for my baby shower and one arrived with incorrect spelling on. I ordered direct on the website but had the message on their contact page, email, instagram and Etsy to finally get a response. I asked for a replacement which was ignored and they refunded a small amount of the order which was not even enough for me to re-order the same! This was their error with printing the incorrect personalisation and not an error on the order. Terrible customer service. I have had to open a bank dispute as not getting any response from them now.

Made and order of 2 different stamps and one arrive incorrect! I emailed and they offered to replace out! This was nearly 2 months ago and I have emailed a few times since with no reply!!!!!! Wouldn't order again!

No Customer Service!!!

Terrible customer service.
I first contacted this company on 30th April regarding an item that did not match the product advertised. Since then, I have sent multiple emails and Instagram messages and have been completely ignored.
No acknowledgement, no response, no attempt to resolve the issue.
Only responded when I emailed to say I will be contacting my bank to recover my money and contact Citizens Advice Consumer Helpline. No apologies just a short message to say money will be refunded.
Avoid if you expect any level of customer service.

Be very cautious ordering from this website. Very very unpredictable especially if you have a time sensitive order. They can send the correct thing occasionally. They can send the wrong thing or the complete order might never appear. Their customer service is awful. They take days to reply and then they ghost u with no replacement or refund. Order through esty if you have to order with this company and then report them if they get up to this as they are getting a bad reputation as months tick on

I'm not one to write a bad review for a small business but we ordered a personalised stamp for our wedding and it arrived with the wrong names. They offered a replacement but 22 days later nothing else has arrived and they stopped replying by email. Would not recommend buying from this shop.

I purchased a personalised cookie stamp for my daughters upcoming wedding and was really impressed with it.I wanted to use it for clay instead of cookies and it worked perfectly. I highly recommend and are looking forward to buying some more designs

Havent received my order and emailed 3 times no respond

I placed an order on the 27th January 2026 still haven't received it and I've messaged and emailed but no response

I placed an order a while back with this shop and I was really surprised at how soon it was going to be delivered overseas, unfortunately I never received my order but they were so dear and resolved the issue. Anyways I placed an order similar to the one I had previously placed the beginning of this year and just received them and they are perfect, super sturdy stamps very easy to work with with a perfect stamp. I also received a mystery gift that went perfectly with the theme. So I’m very excited and very pleased with this shop.

Such an amazing experience as always, toppers are beautiful! I always come to CutBakeStamp for all of my fondant stamps & embossers & I’ve never had any problems! Such a lovely girl, highly recommend x

Just a small thank you to say we always use your toppers. We love the buy one get one free offer - we wait with excitement which new embosser we will receive. The quality, dispatch time is always 10/10.

Awful service. Totally ignore your emails, you can't track your delivery. Took nearly two weeks to arrive. I'll never use them again and I'd strongly suggest that others don't.

Although I have now received my item, their customer service and response time is terrible. Also, if the company is reading this PLEASE PROVIDE THE TRACKING DETAILS WHEN CUSTOMERS PLACE AN ORDER. Or at least provide the tracking number when requested instead of completely disregarding the request and providing a generic response. For any customers reading, i wouldn’t recommend ordering directly from their site due to the nature of their customer service - if there’s an item you really want and only they can provide then it might be worth just ordering off Amazon or Etsy for the added security.

Waited over two weeks for the stamp arrived 5 days after I required it, no longer any use my daughters 5th birthday has been and gone, same several emails and no response, appalling communication

SCAM - I ordered over 2 weeks ago and still not received my order! I have emailed, contacted on instagram and the online form and no response! Wasted my money, now have to order again from else where and the personalised one was needed asap!
Not happy at all
