Very nice customer service and a good product quality. We got a handmade product specifically made for us.

Beautiful, dainty ring! Photo/description matched perfectly with product delivered. Seller was extremely helpful with fast communication. Product arrived on time with no issues. Would definitely recommend!

The product is amazing and beautiful in addition to great customer service. They communicated throughout the entire process all the way up to delivery!

Vendor made contact to clarify expected arrival which was very helpful. The jewellery itself is beautifully delicate and I will very much enjoy giving it as a gift at Christmas - excellent value.

They work to make everything just how you want it! I am so pleased with my ring!

This ring is tiny, but the craftsmanship is absolutely perfect. Every detail is crisp and beautifully made despite the delicate size. Not poorly made at all — just very dainty and high quality.

Customer Service: 100%. Kind and professional. Communicative.

Quality: Great quality.

Nothing but a good experience. Great customer service and a really lovely piece of jewellery

Amazing customer service and amazing products. The ring I brought was beautiful and everything I was looking for

Great Ring!

Ring was flawless and so well crafted! It is a true work of art and you can see the uniqueness and fire from the moment you look at it. My wife loves the dainty thin band and how it showcases the stones and their arrangement. Not to mention, the customer service is second to none. I’m a believer in yourasteria as I will continue to purchase from you in the future.

Gratefully,

Jeremy

Answered all my questions and was helpful with adjustments I wanted to make. The product itself is perfect and I would use this service again. Thank you.

Everything was great! From the jeweler to the customer support, to the presentation of the ring even though I didn’t for the premium packaging! Would definitely recommend if you see an engagement ring your special one would like

Beautiful piece! I bought as present for mu niece and loved it. Great quality and the seller was great also always giving updates on the shipping. Highly recommend ❤️❤️❤️

From start to finish, yourasteria were very diligent in giving me clear communication with the tracking process for my moonstone ring I purchased, they notified me when the ring had arrived in the UK and when it should be approximately delivered. When the ring arrived, I was completely astounded by the level of quality and attention to detail the ring has. It is so gorgeous in person and reflects the light in such a beautiful way. It fits perfectly to my expectations too, I highly recommend this jeweller to anyone for a quick service with amazing quality. Thank you so much! :)
