I have truly enjoyed wearing my ring however it has now tarnished. The description says Sterling silver but it is now the color of an old tin can after 2 months. What can be done about this?

What a beautiful piece! I am so pleased with my ring! Quality is amazing! Customer service is outstanding! Thank you all so much for an amazing experience!

Custom Jewelry, confirmed real by local jeweler. Looks amazingly beautiful.

I am writing to share how thrilled I am with my recent purchase.

I bought a promise ring for my girlfriend, and it was absolutely perfect. She loved it, and it suits her so well. I am very grateful for how amazing the ring turned out and am so glad I chose yourasteria.com for such a special gift.

Ring was perfect, very good hand made, customer service also very good, very happy with the ring

Beautiful ring made of quality materials and craftsmanship. Delivery information was kept up to date during the process of intercontinental shipping with great customer service. Highly recommend!

I like the ring and I'm satisfied with quality but it took a long time to get here and that was not stated in the beginning.

Seller is very communicative and provides updates throughout the process. The items are exactly as pictured and customer service is excellent. Always a great experience.

Had a great experience with Your Asteria jewellery via their Etsy shop. I purchased a lovely ring that they were able to customise to my wishes and they kept me informed at all steps with the shipping from the Ukraine to Australia. Very happy with their service and the quality of the ring.

High quality ring and exactly what I asked for. The shipping took a bit longer than expected but due to circumstances totally understandable. The seller was always in touch about the shipping also.

Beautiful jewelry and exceptional customer service. I have bought multiple pieces from this seller and love all of them!

Constant contact with the seller updating me on process and shipping. Beautiful final product. Even arrived earlier than expected.

Amazing, quality jewelry with outstanding customer service!

I purchased a 14ct solid gold ring & I am really pleased with it exactly what I was expecting. Customer service A* and informed on shipping updates throughout

Thank you

Great quality and the customer service was excellent. I’ve ordered two rings from them and both have been beautiful. Highly recommend.

The quality of the rings we ordered is great and the service and flexibility too! Would recommend :)

Excellent customer service and good quality jewellery 😊 I adore the craftsmanship of the ring I bought - dainty but sturdy. The team were there to provide me with updates on the international shipping process as well.

Absolutely gorgeous rings! Seller’s communication was excellent, and very informative. So excited to have added these rings to my collection!

Have purchased 2 rings from yourasteria and each time have been blown away by the quality of the jewellery. They are so beautiful and intricate and so many lovely details that only come from hand made pieces. The processing time was really quick and the delivery has lots of updates so I knew when it was on my way. Absolutely adore it and can't wait to find my next bit of jewellery!
