I have been waiting for over 2 months and still have yet to receive my product. I've gotten 3 different excuses from customer service. DO NOT BUY from this company.

WARNING - DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR

Ordered a FitBit watch from ad. Charged and received two watches that are very cheap and do not fit. Emailed customer service and was instructed to call this number 800-990-0181. Took several attempts to speak to a human, given an address to return items. Paid $$ to return and then received it back, "VACANT, UNABLE TO FORWARD".
I would give it zero stars if I could.

I never been scam before and I don't usually write bad reviews even if they make me wait for a month or 2. This is the first one I got scam. I ordered 2 of those portable ac I saw on ADS. That was back in July 15, 2020 and until now I haven't received anything. I emailed them 3 time and try to call but no answer. So, now I have to admit that Ive been scammed 😭😭. God will punish those who's responsible!!!

I ordered a fit watch from them when I saw the ad from MSNBC News portal. instead of charging my card for 1 watch that I ordered, I was charged for three, I have been on the phone since morning. The phone is looping with no one to speak with. They responded to my email asking me to call the number. This is a waste of time and resources

Platform deceptively primitive and not suitable for anything

Avoid this company! I ordered a smart watch which turned out to be a cheap plastic watch which doesn't fit me. The directions are so complicated for a senior citizen. They will not let me return it because I opened the box. The customer service representative was nice but not at all helpful. $50 down the drain!!

If I could give this company a "no star" I would. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE A SCAM! I never received my product and they refused to credit my card back. I'm now having to report them through the fraud department of my bank to try to get my money.

First positive reviews in a row must be fake. Poor software, it doesn’t even work properly. The whole UI looks nice but sadly doesn’t worth the try. Better to avoid and try something else.

Terrible company and a terrible experience. The product I received a filter mask and filters are a joke! Made very cheap and doesn’t even work. I also ordered the sanitizer and never received the product. I have reached out multiple times by email and To their customer service Department and have never received my refund of $ 39.00 for the sanitizer I never received. The told me they issued the refund but my bank has verified several times that they have never received the refund on the product I never received. This company is a total scam stay away and DO NOT order from them. This is a company In China. Rude customer service lady too.

J'ai migré ma boutique vers youcan il y a 3 semaines, il est vrai que c'est une plateforme jeune, mais en seulement 3 semaines, j'ai déjà pu voir plusieurs évolutions, ce qui montre qu'il y a une vraie équipe derrière qui garanti la stabilité et qui améliore en continu, presque tout ce dont j'ai besoin est fourni dans les fonctionnalités de base, chapeau !

Aussi, le support est à l'écoute et à répondu à toutes mes demandes. Je voulais lier ma page de contact directement à mon compte zendesk, le support m'a orienté vers une solution qui consiste à personnaliser le mail contact, il a donc suffit que je mette le mail d'ingestion de mon compte zendesk et les demandes de mes clients s'y retrouvent automatiquement.

Waste of time, money and effort with this trash plateform
There's no support, lots of technical issues, whats more the owner spy on his client's successful products and create similar store with similar products. just save your money and use an alternative professional plateform with a great support.

i contact them in facebook via email .... No response .. that shame you call it a ecommerce platform

honestly,, this platform look so simple nothing unique in this platform
just they say it's free .. but the truth is not free, the first thing you do to activate your account is to add a payment method,
and i don't think I will build my future business with this poor front design. when you can find more open-source platform with extra feature .. the backend look nice that why 2 stars
