Very bad experience tbh this service is the TEMU version of Shopify its dog shit and non optimized for the average North African country
designs are very limited and u can even design your own website correctly
it takes a week for the domain to be linked with the store
the font feels cheap asf
you cant bulk upload your shipping Tariffs that's the worst shit u can do u literally have to input them one buy one ? wtf ? are u guys okay?
its absolutely not WORTH IT i recommend paying the Shopify fee or just building your own store on Word press or Self host it using Vercel and lovable to build

This is my first time building an online store for personal reasons, and I found the experience surprisingly easy, despite having no prior experience in creating or customizing a store. I successfully created my store, made some modifications, and everything else went smoothly. The most important point is that everything is free if there are no sales.

I had an unpleasant experience when my child was scammed through a subdomain hosted on the YouCan platform, where free Robux for Roblox were promised via Google Ads. I submitted several reports, but initially I didn’t even receive a registration number/ticket.

After leaving a negative (1-star) review, the company improved its process: they now provide ticket numbers and, although not always on time, they do take action against fraudulent stores.

However, it’s important to highlight that their response is still not fast enough, and there are still subdomains active on the platform promoting “free Robux” scams that target children.

I truly hope the YouCan team will speed up their investigation and suspension process to better protect users.

YouCan is a very good e-commerce *(but )solution for small to medium-sized businesses. I can't think of a reason why a small business wouldn't use YouCan to get started.

However, once you reach a certain level, you can’t continue using their software effectively. That’s where it becomes disappointing—you eventually have to switch to something more professional, like Shopify or WooCommerce.

They really need to step up to the next level: add more apps to their marketplace, make the website layout more customizable, and expand into more niches like digital products, LMS, and booking systems. It shouldn't be too difficult to create apps that allow store owners to rent out cars or manage restaurant reservations with a single click.

Je suis vraiment à mes débuts dans la vente en ligne mais YouCan m’a agréablement surpris. La mise en place de ma boutique a été rapide et intuitive et tout paraît déjà soigné sans avoir besoin d’être calé en tech.

Le vrai plus pour moi c’est le principe « pas de vente = pas de frais ». Ça m’a permis de me lancer sans stress, d’apprendre tranquillement et d’avancer à mon rythme.

Pour ceux qui débutent comme moi c’est clairement une option super accessible pour démarrer une activité en ligne.

YouCan is a bad copy of affiliate platform for me ....

everything is already inside — payment, shipping, Facebook pixel, product pages... I don’t need to use many websites. Also I join the community and I find many people like me, we share advice and we grow together.

YouCan is a fantastic e-commerce platform! It's very user-friendly and made setting up my store easy. The customization options are great, and the features like inventory management and SEO tools have been very helpful. The customer support is excellent, always quick to assist with any issues. Plus, YouCan scales well with my business and offers strong security features. I highly recommend YouCan to anyone looking to start or grow their online store.

J’ai acheté une formation sur Masterclass Maroc et payé via YouCan Pay. Après avoir constaté que la formation était de très mauvaise qualité et ne correspondait pas à la description, j’ai immédiatement demandé un remboursement.

Malheureusement :
❌ Masterclass Maroc ignore mes messages, appels et e-mails.
❌ YouCan Pay refuse de prendre ses responsabilités et me renvoie vers le vendeur qui ne répond pas.
❌ Après plusieurs relances, YouCan Pay a bloqué mon adresse IP, m’empêchant de suivre mon ticket de support.

C’est une pratique frauduleuse et un abus des droits des consommateurs. Un service de paiement est censé protéger les acheteurs, pas couvrir des vendeurs qui refusent de rembourser un service non conforme !

🚨 Si vous pensez utiliser YouCan Pay, soyez extrêmement prudents !
Je vais signaler cette situation aux autorités compétentes et déposer une plainte officielle contre eux pour refus d’assistance et pratiques frauduleuses.

Several times, my work was deleted, and the support team at YouCan has been completely unresponsive. I waited more than 72 hours for a solution, only for my case to be marked as ‘resolved’ without anything actually being fixed. It’s incredibly frustrating. It feels like the leadership is more focused on having fun and being disconnected from the real issues at hand rather than ensuring their platform functions properly and their customers are supported

fake orders and spam orders is one of the bigest problem why i left this platform

The site hosts scammers selling fake (or even dangerous) products, and seems to do very little about it. Most recently they've been hosting the "Alpha Heater" scammers, who use spam, false claims, and fake testimonials to sell their $3 Alibaba heaters for $60 (they disappear when you try to return or complain). They make abuse reports difficult.
