I recently contacted Taylors of Harrogate regarding an issue with the perforations on a current box of Yorkshire Tea bags, and I was genuinely impressed by the level of customer service I received.
Their response was prompt, warm, and clearly written by someone who genuinely cared. Bronte listened to my feedback, acknowledged the issue thoughtfully, and reassured me that my concerns would be passed on and acted upon. It’s refreshing to see a company take customer feedback seriously rather than sending a generic reply. Thank you x

Wonderful customer service
I had an issue with some split Yorkshire tea bags, I emailed Yorkshire Tea and within a few hours they replied and gave me a reason as to the product issue and are sending me some replacement bags. This is excellent customer service! Well done Yorkshire Tea!

I emailed about a problem and instead of having to wait several days for a response they emailed me back the same day excellent customer service, they are sending me out a replacement thank you so much ❤️

Problem explained and solved.
I contacted them because a large box of tea bags I opened was found to contain lots of damaged tea bags, which I had to chuck away and I transferred the ones that were useable to another box. They solved my problem with in a few hours by contacting me quickly an and replacing the tea bags. Brilliant service.

Same complaint as all the others here, you are using far less tea in the bags and the recipe has changed. You cannot go against all these customers who clearly have years of tea drinking expertise. Too many standard company replies. You clearly have no intention of admitting what you are doing so we will move the complaint to the Times and Private Eye.

We can reassure you that we haven’t changed the blend, and our UK tea bags still contain 3.125g of Yorkshire Tea. If you’ve got a particular box that doesn’t seem right, our customer services team would be glad to look into it. Just drop them a note at hello@yorkshiretea.co.uk and they can arrange for our tea experts to taste test some bags and help get things sorted.

Been drinking Yorkshire Tea for years.
Random bags tasting like perfume in the last 3 boxes, including the box they sent directly as a replacement when we contacted customer service.

Bought a box of Yorkshire Tea most of them had holes in so I contacted the team they responded within an hour and the next day resolve the issue by replacing the box extremely happy customer

I had an issue with a product
I had an issue with a product which was responded to very quickly and an explanation given as to how this was likely to have occurred. It resolved my misgivings about buying this product again (one that I have used for many years).

Great product and support team
Great product and support team! I've enjoyed this Tea for years, great flavour and consistency. I reported a small problem in the spirit of maintaining the quality of the product, and the response was immediate and comprehensive. I remain a happy and loyal customer and recommend this tea to anyone who enjoys a good cuppa! Proper!!

Problem Resolved
I had a problem with the 600 bag of tea bags.
I contacted customer service and the lovely Bronte provided an explanation and offered a replacement. No arguing or negotiation, provided a solution.

I am considering changing brands after years of using Yorkshire tea . I no longer think it is as good as it used to be, not strong enough, and the taste is not the same.

Yorkshire Tea now tastes horrid
Came onto the Internet to see if anyone else is finding Yorkshire Tea now tastes bad. See that looks of people do! I'm disappointed as I pay around £6/7 for the big box and now feeling like it's no longer worth it. We tried a box of Miles tea last week and they were delicious!
