Having sent an email to customer services regarding an issue with split teabags I have been impressed with this team. My issue was addressed quickly, I received a detailed explanation as to the likely cause, an apology and a reassurance that the details of the batch would be fed back to the team. I could not ask for more.
A replacement product was sent out as compensation.
Its never nice to raise an issue but to have such a response made me feel that I was listened to.

One of the best customer service I have dealt with. Sent a complaint in on Sunday morning as I had opened a new box of tea bags and a lot of them were split. With it being a Sunday their customer service was closed to Monday morning. I had a reply 10 minutes after they open. With an apology, explanation to what had happened, what they would do to try and stop it happening again and confirmation they had send a fresh box out which turned up 3 days later. I can not fault any part of my experience contacting them. Thank you

I hate complaining but when I discovered more tea in the box than in the bags I felt I needed to report. I heard back very promptly with an apology. Within a few days I received a box of 240 tea bags. So I'd say thank you very much and I will continue using Yorkshire tea bags having enjoyed your tea for decades. I wouldn't buy any other brand.

My absolute go to tea has always been Yorkshire tea gold and after never having a problem all this time, unfortunately in the last box I bought half of the tea bags werent sealed correctly. So I thought id email Yorkshire tea just to let them know and the next day they had replied and apologised for what had accured and sent me out a full box of tea as an apology. Now that is customer service that most companies should strive for, you could say there customer service is as good as there tea and that is saying something. 10/10s all round. This is why they are the best tea'ers in the business.

Absolutely fabulous customer service, I emailed about some teabags splitting and within one hour they’ve replied to me and offered replacement and an explanation as to why the teabags may be splitting.. brilliant! Thank you, Yorkshire tea🤩

We found the odd tea bag tasted different, contacted them and they sent me a few small boxes for free. So top marks for that but what I really wanted to know is tea put in tea bags consistent or do they sometimes mix the blend, this odd taste appeared in a number of boxes but must stress it was the odd one bag, so bad it could not be drunk.
Date of experience was over a number of years so no single date.

Had to deal with Customer Services and can only say they dealt with my query courteously,professionally and prompt attention. Problem was resolved to my satisfaction.

I had an issue with splitting tea bags which I reported. This was dealt with very promptly with a clear explanation. Replacement box of tea bags was sent within a few days with a complimentary box of Yorkshire Gold which I hadn’t tried and is now my go to tea.
Customer service has been excellent throughout, and I’m happy with how quickly and professional the issue was resolved.

I had to use the customer contact form as the Yorkshire Gold Teabags were so fragile they kept ripping apart. I received a really detailed email explaining the problems and what they were doing to rectify it and also apologising. I also received a couple of boxes of Tea as well. This is the best customer service reply I have ever had. The explanation and solution was outstanding. Very impressed with Bronte on customer support team. Well Done Taylor’s of Harrogate!
