I received a YITAHOME waterproof deck box as a gift. After assembling, I realized there were a couple of small but critical parts missing. Like some of the other reviewers that tried reaching customer service, the help line dropped me multiple times and I sat on the "live chat" for over 40 minutes waiting for an agent.

On the 5th try I was connected to live agent. After explaining my situation, the agent asked for a tracking number. I reminded her that this was a gift, so I didn't have a tracking number. Despite having all the relevant information, I was told that without the tracking number she could not help me.

Apparently the customer support process is more important that actual customer support. These parts likely cost pennies! How tough would it have been to throw some in a bag and stick it in the mail. Instead I will have to head to the local hardware store to see if I can jury-rig a solution from generic parts.

If you expect decent customer service for products selling for a couple hundred dollars, I suggest you avid YITAHOME.

After receiving a response from the company for the poor customer service experience, I was asked to reach back out to a customer service agent that could assist me. Once again, I received the company line that they could not help me without a tracking number. The agent even had the audacity to tell me to go to the hardware store to see if I can buy the parts I need...and then thank me for my understanding. No, thank you YITAHOME, for wasting my time with your phony response that you'll rectify the situation.

I ordered a book shelf through Amazon (Yita Home product). Upon assembling the shelf, I realized that two of the metal parts were defected, the holes had not been punched out, which made it impossible to put the screws in to secure the shelves. Amazon informed me that I would have to replace the entire book shelf, as they were not able to replace a single part. They encouraged me to reach out to the seller directly. When I did, I quickly realized that the customer service “phone number” was a phony. Additionally, the “live chat” was phony as well, no response after waiting for over an hour. No response via email either. I am planning on reporting to the better business bureau.

We ordered the 60 Gallon Resin Outdoor Delivery Box from Yitahome.com. It came quickly and looks like the picture. However, the pictures showed it with and without shelves. We naturally assumed we could order shelves somewhere, but you cannot. Not from them and can't find them to fit elsewhere. Also, it moves easily, so it needs something heavy in the bottom to keep it from blowing over in the wind. And lastly, they price it at $149 on their website, but you can get the exact same thing on Amazon for $83 and Temu for $53. I wish I had shopped better.

Bought a “heavy duty “ storage box via Amazon instructions very poor, quality’s a bit disappointing , but it will do the job , the worst part was the delivery firm evri alias ( Hermes ) the reviews say it all, check them out

I've ordered a few products from them and they all are great! They're all easy to assemble and they look very good and feel like high quality products. When you do have a problem, their customer service team is extremely responsive and responds within the day (please note that they do tend to respond at nighttime for those in the US) and will make it right for you which is something you don't often see with big well known brands. I love them and if I see a product I like that they offer, unless the price difference is a lot higher, I will definitely consider YITAHOME first just because I know if I have an issue they will respond and help me

I ordered a 30x10x65ft heavy duty large walk in tunnel greenhouse with 7 crossbars # YHFTGH-0012. I had a problem with the zippers and the coating on the mesh.
I contacted the number on the order and was sent a replacement. They were prompt, professional and took care of the warranty.

The entire purchase journey, from the initial order to final delivery and set up, was a thoroughly positive experience. The product is precisely as described in the listing, and even exceeded my expectations.

The assembly process took me around 3 hours to complete on my own, but it was very straightforward. As a 6'2" individual, I still have a couple inches of clearance inside, so the unit feels quite spacious with good air circulation. Given the unpredictable weather here in the Pacific Northwest, I'm impressed that it's rated to withstand winds up to 25 mph. In fact, during a recent 30+ mph windstorm, the unit remained unfazed. However, as the photos show, I did anchor the skirt down with large rocks and to a nearby fence, which I would consider a necessary precaution. Overall, I'm thoroughly satisfied with this purchase and would not hesitate to buy it again in the future. I'm looking forward to a successful growing season!

I purchased two of these beds and I'm extremely satisfied with them. Although the assembly process was a bit time-consuming for one person due to the large number of bolts involved, the extensive hardware actually resulted in a much sturdier bed frame compared to other models I've bought previously. Despite the additional assembly time, I'm very happy with this purchase overall.

I was able to install the 14x16' system all on my own, and I was impressed by how organized the components were and the straightforward assembly process. The back and bottom wooden board is coming apart how can I get new broads replaced.

I purchased this RV cover in July of 2023 put it on my RV in Oct of 2023. Returned to pickup the RV in July of 2024. The cover totally ripped and fell apart. I call Amazon they emailed YItahome they never go back to me. I called their toll free number. Even though I was only 2 weeks out of warranty and had only used it one season they refused to do anything. I will never by another product from them nor will I ever recommend them to anyone.

We ordered the vanity desk for my 11 year old and she loves it. The mirror did come damaged but Yitahome sent a new one to me right away. Great company and I will definitely buy from them again!

I ordered the extra large storage deck box early June. It took over two weeks to receive it. But as soon as I placed the order I saw I had the wrong ZIP Code on my address so I immediately got a hold of someone she sent me an email confirmation of the correct address it was to go to and then two weeks later it shows up in Virginia in Virginia and it was supposed to go to South Carolina. it took me days to get someone on the phone. I had numerous chats, but I wanted to speak to someone in person. Finally I got a hold of someone and they were gonna contact FedEx and have it picked up. A week goes by nothing I finally get a hold of someone again and she assures me that it will be taken care of. It has been five days again With no response from them. They will not get back with you. They do not help you. I feel like I’m out of my $400. I would stay away from this company do not recommend them. I also told her the last time that I spoke to her five days ago if she could not get it, picked up and delivered to the correct address, I wanted to return it and still nothing from them. I just tried calling and they don’t answer.

This storage bench is a perfect fit for my back deck and looks fantastic. I was able to unpack and assemble it by myself in about 45 minutes thanks to the easy-to-follow instructions. Using a mallet (not included) to snap the base together was helpful. I really appreciate the side hinges that keep the lid up when open. There's plenty of space inside for multiple cushions, gardening tools, and dog toys. The quality is excellent, especially considering the affordable price.

I wish I could give this product 10 stars! It's easily one of the best purchases I've made on Amazon. The materials are top-notch and it's very sturdy. I was able to assemble it in under an hour, as it comes mostly pre-assembled. The quality and styles are impressive, and it's perfect for my small patio.

This vanity set is gorgeous. It required two people to assemble, and it took us about 2 hours. However, we did find that the cover that came with it only works if the two sides are snug up to each other front to front. I may need to order a different cover for this specific configuration.

It requires a bit of patience and some careful consideration on how the pieces will fit together. It took us approximately 10 hours, working on it for 2 or 3 hours a day. Having two people is definitely necessary for assembly. The end result is super sturdy, with no flimsy metal parts. It's definitely a worthwhile purchase! I am very pleased with it!

I purchased this vanity to organize my makeup, which was always cluttering up my desk. To protect the white surface from stains like foundation and powder, I also bought some peel and stick wallpaper. This vanity is fantastic! My boyfriend assembled it in just a few hours, and it feels quite sturdy. I really appreciate the drawers and the quality of the mirror.
