Everyone we spoke with at Yesgetaways…

Everyone we spoke with at Yesgetaways was very helpful.
However, the room we were given at our hotel in Sliema, Malta- at the Preluna Hotel, was in an area of the hotel that was actually under construction! Literally. We woke up to jack hammers for 2 mornings, and had to step through construction dust to get to our room. It was the fault of the hotel that anyone should have to stay in a situation like that. But that is something that Yesgetaways should have known about.
We had to pay for an upgrade to get a decent room for the rest of our stay.
I would therefore suggest that Yesgetaways be aware of this- and look into what rooms their customers will be given beforehand, to make certain this doesn't happen to others.
I am giving 5 stars (instead of 4), only because the Yesgetaways staff were understanding and helpful- and because I'm hopeful that other guests will not have to experience what we did, now that Yesgetaways is aware of this possibility.
It's for this reason though that I would not recommend Preluna Hotel, as any Hotel who would put up ANY guests in a room like that cannot be recommended.

Excellent Vacation

The flights were great except when the flight from Prague to Copenhagen was late the and the transfer to Toronto didn't happen for another 49 hours.
The hotels were good. I particularly liked the one in Prague.
And I absolutely loved going first class on the train and being served Prosecco!

First time buyers with great expectations

Some communication issues between Yes Getaways and the tour operator

We had difficulty getting the correct revised itinerary when the start date for the tour was shifted by a day. We were okay with the change as it left us with a free day in a city that we wanted to see more of but we couldn’t seem to get the revised itinerary that showed correct check in/check out days for the hotels.

Agent Very Helpful Changing My Booking

I inadvertently chose a particular trip with a longer layover between flights than I wanted. After contacting Yes Getaways, the agent changed the booking to the one I should have picked in the first place, the one with the shorter layover between flights. Thanks!

It was a great 10 days trip to Spain

It was a great 10 days trip to Spain. Great over all taste of Spain. We did 10 cities in 10 days. Trip was perfect only 2 cons were originally assigned an electrical car for a road trip n had to pay $110e for upgrade and luggage was not included, only carry on. Value for the money. Looking forward to next trip. Drove a Total 2967 km / 1842 miles and walked 107 miles. Lost 5 lbs and 1 inch from belly.. win win
