I am delighted with my order, PJ the manager contacted me personally due to a product that was unavailable and gave me a similar product which was fantastic, and I loved the personal card in with my delivery too saying thank you and apologies for the item that was unavailable, I will definitely order again, thanks so much.

Website is laid out really well, easy to navigate and had no problems ordering. Lovely communication aswell as a great range of products, would 10/10 recommend!!

The customer service was awesome throughout the whole order process. There was an issue with our delivery with DPD but PJ helped us to chase them and redelivered some of the items for free.

I bought frozen food from Yepss recently. All goods were delivered quickly and arrived in good condition and well packed. Very happy with my experience, and I will shop here again.

The product selection is great and a fair price. The customer service was really top quality. PJ messages and emailed to keep me updated on the status of the order. We had issues with the pedicure and they also promptly rectified and solved it for us, sending replacement items within 24hrs. Great service

Fantastic service! Customer support is fast to reply and very helpful. Delivery is very fast, and the cold chain box is very effective for keeping goods frozen. Nothing is ever broken, and unavailable items are quickly refunded! I use this service whenever my family has hot pot, as where I live has no local Asian supermarkets, and it's wonderful every time!

Placed my second order and had the best customer service experience. I promptly got an email letting me know that there was a possibility that my order would come late because of the bank holiday and was given the option to change to a faster delivery service within 20 minutes of placing my order. All correspondence with the manager PJ were pleasant and I have been kept in the loop with all aspects of the delivery. Despite already being incredibly accommodating and, they have also included some free items in my order! I don’t think I have ever had such a positive experience with customer service. My first order came earlier than I expected despite it only being a 1-2 day delivery time anyway. Would highly recommend using YEPSS.

Wow, where to start.
I ordered face cream from this company but somehow whilst it was being delivered it has been lost on the way to me. I reached out to the seller she/he handled it extremely well. Straight away sincere apology and arranged another delivery for me, and I received it on next day. They even sent me an extra cream that i have ordered and face cream along with. When I opened the box I felt extremely happy and satisfied. This company goes for miles to handle any complaint fast and efficiently in a extreme length to make their customers happy. 1000% recommend this company.
