What a lovely game lodge having been recently refurbished. It was a pleasure to spend 4 nights here and to be so well looked after.

Amazing lodge!! Our guide (Gabriel) and tracker (Cliff) were both extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The safari/animal viewing experience was fantastic. And the lodge itself was great - really good food, amazing service (particularly Goodman and Levy - they were both great). And loved the fact that there was a gym onsite. Very wow! I loved towards the end of our trip that there was buffet-style food for meals - I think we had less buffet style for the beginning of our stay though just because we were the only group at the lodge, so buffet didn't make sense.

First, our guide Omega was incredible. Of the three guides we had over 5 days at two different camps, he absolutely stood out above the rest. Our drives were amazing, the room was lovely, and the food was good. Much more family-friendly than I had expected, and having to listen to privileged teenager angst the first night about "having to go on safari" was a rough first impression... but it recovered and then some. The hippos just below the lodge were just surreal to wake up to, and everyone there made our stay absolutely beyond comfortable.

Warm and welcoming staff and tasty food were only the backdrop for the main event: unmatched game viewing with skilled trackers (thank you, Roger) and knowledgeable guides (thank you, Diff). My wife and I were left speechless by the close interactions with elephant, rhino, leopard, giraffe, Cape buffalo, hyena, monkeys, baboon, wild dog and more antelopes and birds than I can remember.

Everyone was helpful. Food was delicious especially for me who is a vegetarian. Abundance of animals around lodge. Safari was great every time.
