Don't buy. I had a house fire and had rebuy everything I owned. I chose this expensive setup and the battery died in a year. Because I was putting my life back together it took me a couple months to get in touch with the company and they refused to send replacement battery. I informed them of my situation to which they had no sympathy and refused to send replacement battery but did offer me 15% off a new one. I do not have the financial means to purchase another. Now I am out $700 and have no vavuum. Don't waste your money.

If I could give zero I would. Don't waste your money here they look for any excuse not to stand by their product

We have a Yeedi M12 Ultra Plus and it now will not empty the dirty water from the sink. We followed all of the troubleshooting steps and still doesn't work. We contacted Yeedi support and they informed us that since it 1.5 years old they won't warranty it which I understand. I asked them for any ideas on what was wrong and where to buy parts and they told me that since this unit has been discontinued they did not have any parts anymore. I think this is wrong and that a company should offer parts to be able to fix this unit for at least a couple years after they discontinue it. Imagine buying this unit and then they discontinue it and just after the warranty something happens so they won't cover it and now you have to throw it out because you can't even get parts. They offered me 15% off their new one which I think is rediculous, it's already 10% off on Amazon and I'm sure I can get a better deal if I wait for a sale. Either way it's needless to say that I will not be buying a Yeedi product ever again.

​The yeedi M12 PRO PLUS is a total disappointment. I have to supervise it every single minute because it constantly loses its location, and it mops against the wood grain, leaving unsightly streaks. To make matters worse, customer support is useless; they only provide links to the manual, which offers no real solutions. It creates more work than it saves—do not buy this.

Ningún producto dura más de 2 años. Lo sé porque al haber comprado en Amazon se han visto obligados a darme aspiradores de repuesto, y ninguno duró más de 2 años. En total he tenido 3 yeedi, imagináos.
Si queréis estar cambiando de robot aspirador cada menos de 2 años ya sabéis... Si queréis un robot aspirador que os dure un buen tiempo HUID.

J’ai un mop station qui a fonctionné correctement à peu prés 8mois après j’ai eu des plastiques qui se sont fendus créant de mauvaises confection pour recharger. Quand il à fallu contacter le SAV cela a été très compliqué et il a fallu presque six mois pour qu’on me remplace la pièce. Je suis très déçu car par rapport au prix au bout de deux ans, mon aspirateur ne marche plus. Et cela m’a coûté plus de 400 €, je ne recommande pas cette marque.

Als er dann vollständig seinen Dienst eingestellt hatte und wir dies reklamierten, lehnte der Kundenservice jegliche Hilfe und einfache Erstattungswege ab. Es dauerte mehrere Wochen und mehr als 10 Mails - hin und her - bis uns eine Rückerstattung von 70 % versprochen wurde. Doch ein paar Wochen später bekamen wir nicht einmal die Hälfte des Kaufpreises zurück.

Wir raten dringed ab von Yeedi-Produkten und vor allem von deren miesen Kundenservice!

⚠️ Service après-vente catastrophique chez Yeedi.

J’ai acheté un aspirateur lavant de la marque Yeedi via Dream Me. L’appareil est tombé en panne avant la fin de la garantie. Problème signalé dans les délais, comme le prévoit la garantie légale de conformité (article L217-3 du Code de la consommation).

Malgré cela, Yeedi refuse toute prise en charge, sous prétexte que “le produit est hors garantie” et qu’ils n’ont “pas eu de retour du vendeur”, ce qui est juridiquement infondé.

Aucune solution concrète n’a été proposée : ni réparation, ni remplacement.

Ce type de réponse est inacceptable et témoigne d’un manque total de respect envers les droits du consommateur.

Une plainte à la DGCCRF et un signalement sur SignalConso sont en cours.

Marque à éviter si vous cherchez un SAV fiable et un minimum de respect des lois françaises.

A 2 ans et 3 mois comme par hazard (3 mois après la fin de la garantie), Le robot ne répond à rien & tourne sans laver & n'arrive pas à trouver la base ... IMPOSSIBLE DE LE RESET !! , j'ai beau appuyer sur le bouton reset il ne se passe rien .... j'ai contacté le support ils me disent que c'est sorti de garantie & qu'ils ne peuvent rien faire !!! ... c'est une honte cette marque !!!

Schlechte Qualität in der wischplatte.
Zweite mal defekt ohne irgendwelche Unfälle.
Kunden Service extrem schlecht mit Copy Paste verweisen sie auf Plattformen wie ebay da sie selbst keine Ersatzteile für Mangelware haben.

Für mich kommt kein Yeedi Produkt mehr in Frage

Acheté initialement en janvier 2022, premier remplacement de l'appareil (YEEDI VAC STATION) sous garantie après moins d'un an d'utilisation suite bug et impossibilité de réparer apparemment. Douze mois plus tard, de nouveau exactement la même panne, fort heureusement survenue huit jours avant l'expiration de la garantie de deux ans et nouvel appareil reçu très rapidement. Ce jour (7/4/2025), même panne et là, la garantie n'intervient pas puisque le premier appareil a été acheté en janvier 2022. Dès lors, faut-il en conclure que ce produit est programmé pour une évidente obsolescence ? J'aime à le penser. Réfléchissez donc avant de l'acheter.

Ich bin extrem enttäuscht von Yeedidu. Seit über sechs Monaten versuche ich, einen defekten Staubsauger auszutauschen, und nach vier Monaten habe ich schließlich eine Rückerstattung verlangt. Diese Rückerstattung hat über drei Monate gedauert und ist bis heute nicht auf meinem Konto eingegangen.

Der Support und Service sind absolut unterirdisch. Die Ware ist minderwertig und nach kaum einem halben Jahr Nutzung defekt. Der Kundenservice ist extrem unfreundlich und ineffektiv. Es ist unmöglich, einen Vorgesetzten zu erreichen, da der Support komplett nutzlos ist. Die Hälfte meiner Tickets wird ignoriert oder erst nach Tagen beantwortet.

Es scheint, dass das Team nicht einmal den Unterschied zwischen Gewährleistung und Garantie kennt. Ich rate dringend davon ab, bei diesem Unternehmen Roboter oder andere Produkte zu kaufen, da sie ihre Kunden auf das Übelste betrügen, wenn etwas kaputt geht. Spart euch das viele Geld und kauft woanders.

I am extremely disappointed with Yeedidu. For over six months, I have been trying to exchange a defective vacuum cleaner, and after four months, I finally requested a refund. This refund took over three months and has still not been credited to my account.

The support and service are absolutely abysmal. The product is of poor quality and became defective after barely half a year of use. The customer service is extremely unfriendly and ineffective. It is impossible to reach a supervisor because the support is completely useless. Half of my tickets are ignored or answered only after days.

It seems that the team does not even know the difference between warranty and guarantee. I strongly advise against buying robots or other products from this company, as they cheat their customers in the worst possible way when something breaks. Save your money and buy elsewhere.

Scaduto il termine di garanzia, l’azienda non fornisce un servizio di assistenza ricambi e demanda la vendita dei ricambi alle piattaforme Aliexpress per la quale eventuali acquisti arrivano dopo tempi improponibili o Amazon dove i prezzi sono più che raddoppiati, rendendo la riparazione non profittevole. Insomma già la scarsa qualità del robot non permette l’uso per un tempo ragionevole in più questa politica di obsolescenza dei modelli alza la percentuale del rifiuto elettrico a dei livelli inaccettabili. Cercherò modelli e marche più coscienziose.

PROS
- First let’s put something clear: does the device does its job? It depends. It can vacuum but it cannot mop the floor efficiently. So, I guess that is a pro.
- The device is cheap because it comes from china and has Chinese technology. Other devices from European or American brands will be more expensive (but have way better performance!).

CONS
- The device had trouble to recognize the rooms from my place, living the kitchen “in the dark”. The robot is not smart!
- After 7 months of using it, something BROKE inside the device. Now it vacuums with less efficiency and makes A LOT MORE NOISE. The noise was already loud before, but now its so loud that I can’t even turn it on Sunday anymore (almost like a spaceship). It is way above the maximum limitation of decibels for house appliances.
- Terrible service for new parts. Eventually, you will need new parts to replace the old ones, things like filters or new bags. In my experience that happened already after 3 months. However, you can only buy it in their app and the app is horrible!! Not only most of the times they don’t have the parts that you need (specially for this robot), but also it is very hard to find out which parts are the right for your robot, because they don’t put enough information on the ad. In my case, I bought wrong parts, because they said I needed an item, and I bought the item with the same name on their app. But guess what, this was the wrong one!
- No returns of wrong bought parts or defective parts. If you ever buy the wrong part in their app for 20€ or even 50€ they will not refund you. They will not even send you the right one. Been there, done that.
- Terrible customer service. After I explained the situation that I bought the wrong parts for my device, they said they can’t do anything, that this is my mistake, and they won’t send anything from China. After I proved that that was their mistake because they had different items with the same name on their store, they said that they would send me the right part. They did not!! That was 6 months ago.

CONCLUSION
- Many reviews are good because people voted right after the device came in. When everything was fun and games, before it gets broken, makes more noise or before they must start the adventure to get new parts (filters, bags, and so on). And that will happen within 3-7 months. So, if you want a device for short term, be happy to buy it, but if you want something to last and have an easy life replacing the parts, stay away from this one!!

Dieses Unternehmen benötigt monatelang um eine Reklamation zu bearbeiten.
In meinem Fall laufe ich schon über zwei Monate meinem Geld hinterher. Vorab gab es immer ein hin und her geschreibe und ich war aus der Rücksendemöglichkeit innerhalb 14 Tagen raus. Der Sauger fuhr ohne Sinn und Verstand durch die Wohnung und hinterließ immer wieder ungereinigte stellen.
Irgendwann habe ich den Kundenservice dazu gebracht den Sauger Zurück-zunehmen und mir wurde das Geld bis heute ... Wie bereits geschrieben, nicht rückerstattet.
Der Service sitzt offensichtlich im Ausland, China!? Und antwortet immer nur in übersetzten Texten. Das macht die Kommunikation nicht einfacher!

Robot aspirateur laveur acheté en novembre 2022. Au bout d'un an le robot est tombé en panne. Le SAV est catastrophique, cela fait 5 mois que mon dossier est ouvert, je ne compte même plus le nombre de mail envoyé. Le robot est parti en réparation, il est revenu avec encore plus de dysfonctionnement. Depuis 3 mois on me promet l'envoi d'un modèle reconditionné ... j'attends... malgré mes relances tous les 15 jours. Le SAV m'invente des histoires d'inventaires, de pièces manquantes, de soucis d'approvisionnement, ... bref gagne du temps pour ne pas respecter ses engagements.

Yeedi ist ein super Saugroboter, auch für die Gastronomie geeignet. Er fährt unten den Bänken durch...wirklich klasse. GPS funktioniert nicht immer, braucht man aber nicht wirklich. Der Kundenservice ist erste Klasse. Absolut zu empfehlen!!!
