Update: Yardsale did come back to me and I have got a full refund. Although the delay on confirming receipt of my return being signed for was stressful Jose was very helpful and went above and beyond in the end.

Firstly the clothes and garments are top quality, which I’ve only ever had one button come off in since I’ve bought 4 years ago.
The customer service is also really good, despite living in Australia they make communication easy and tracking an ease. I’ve only been sent the wrong items like once out of the maybe dozen plus times I’ve ordered and it was quickly rectified and I was sent the right thing and got to keep the wrong item.

Yardsale is hands down one of the best brands out right now. Been buying from them for years now and the website as well as the shipping methods have improved drastically given that I am from the US.
