UPS! Why do you deal with a company that is rubbish? I will be closing my account because I can't get my order. ( Don't speak English) Is not what you want to hear when you try to get your order. Then someone came along to say" we don't know if we will get it!" Phoned yankee candle UK. Didn't get any help there. No candle is worth this much trouble

Terrible experience with Yankee Candles. Order returned to them by UPS (also a dreadful company) for no reason and I wasn't told. I had ordered several things with one payment, and they have sent return payment on each individual item, but only some of the items. Avoid this company at all costs. Waste of time and money.

Yankee bundles have been an absolute nightmare to deal with. Do not use them. Really horrible experience and they send intimidating returns to customers

Didn’t receive my order and did not reply to my email about it. £15 out of pocket. I would advise people not to buy from their website - they use UPS! The worst ever.

First of all I love Yankee candles and normally buy them through Amazon. I decided to have a look directly through their website and place an order for a handful of small items.
Only half my order turned up and I was sent a massive box with a small candle and a car freshener in it so packaging was very excessive for just 2 items.
I had an email to tell me the other half of my order was “processing”. Days later still nothing and no email update. I checked my order status through their website and the other half of my order shows as cancelled. I’ve had no notification whatsoever about this plus the items were shown as available online. If I’d have known I’d be forking out a delivery charge for a tiny candle and a car freshener I never would have bothered in the first instance. I’ve had no response to my email and looking at the reviews on here they can’t be bothered responding either. This is such awful customer service for such a huge brand. What an absolute disappointment this has been. I will never ever use the Yankee website ever again.

I have had Yankee candles for years.
This year as usual I bought the Advent Calendar.

This morning I excitedly opened it to find a pretty votive holder …..empty,

So I had to search in another of my advent boxes for a votive

Why do you not supply a votive for at least the first day not an empty votive that is no use to anybody.

For the price you charge this is not worth the money. It will probably be the last one I buy.

Lovely shopping experience yesterday in the Gunwharf store, such a lovely layout and friendly staff. And the candles smell soo good!

Purchased a Yankee candle product from Tesco. After a problem with the candle and back and forth with them asking me to provide proof of purchase (from Tesco), told to take the product back to Tesco. Even though it’s a faulty product from Yankee candle and not Tesco.
One of the replies to me was even in French!!??shocking customer service.

Appalling customer service - still waiting three weeks for my order - to then get an email saying some items no longer available but happy to send out part of my order still paying full delivery. Appalling service takes days for anyone too reply back - buy your candles of eBay cheaper and know hassle !!!! Unhappy 🙁 customer

I was sent a candle shade, after around 2hr use the shade cracked with the heat 😡after contacting customer service I was told to jump threw hoops to be refunded, still no refund 😡I’ve given up but I’ll never use them again,
NEVER AGAIN 👎👎.

Shocking customer service. Placed an order (which I have yet to receive) and have still not received a response to my email when I chased my order up over a month ago. Would not recommend.

Since YC changed the packaging of their reed diffusers I’ve been so disappointed. I’ve got a lemon lavender and midnight jasmine and can’t smell a thing. It might as well be water inside as these are totally rubbish and a waste of nearly £40. Terrible, terrible product.

Ordering simple enough and confirmation. Good range of products. Took advantage of the Sale online as there are not many local retailers that sell Yankee candle products.
I would have give a 5 🌟 review but they are slow at despatching your order. I placed another order with different company at the same time and got it next day 2nd Class....UPS did make up for the delay.

First visit to Glasgow shopping since lockdown lifted. Lovely experience in Yankee at St Enochs's. Great service the girl in the shop was lovely helpful and knowledgeable.

Wasn’t dispatched until past the expected delivery date, tracking hasn’t updated in days. No response from customer service. Will not be ordering again.

Paid excessive price for 2 personalised candles as gifts the personalised section the the site works very poorly. After entering text kept jumping back and deleting letters. Hence my order arrived incorrect. Instead of saying happy Mother’s Day it came happy mother day. Customer services not interested surley the price they charge someone can spot a obvious error like this before pressing print. Vista print replaced misspelt items within 48 hours Yankee candle seem to be too money greedy to do anything. I won’t be using them again and wouldnt recommend them to friends or family.

Was given a candle for a gift. Love their products normally, but this was was faulty, It burned too hot and melted the plastic on the jar. I emailed their customer service, waited over a month for a reply and when I received the reply it was obviously a template. It didn't mention the specifics of my issue, offer any resolution or apologist. It was just words to the affect of "We hope everything is fine!".

Been looking forward to trying out my new yankie candle set my daughter bought me! Ive never purchased yankee candles before partly cause of the price!! So i was happy when i had a Set as a gift ' much to my disappointment there is no smell what so ever when they burn!! I lit 2 others just in case the scent wasnt strong enough off the other one but nope Nothing..i lit a cheapy candle i had laying around the house and i could smell that within 5 minutes of it burning!! Think yankee candles are very over rated to be honest! And for £18 for 5 mini candles i expected to at least my house to be smelling like a meadow!!!
