I love the possibilities of Yabla for improving my listening comprehension. Colloquial French is often very difficult to understand, but with the subtitles and the repetition, you can train your ear to the language. The scribe game is an excellent tool for this. I would like to be able to request level 4 videos (the options are only for beginner, middle and advanced) as I have trouble finding videos of interest to me at the right level.

This is a very nice site. I like the videos. I have learned many words on this site. I like the way the videos are set up. I have to learn where to buy some of the videos for my friends. Italian is a beautiful language and I enjoy your site immensely. I am fighting cancer and when I have my treatments, your site calms me and I am thankful for Yabla.

YABLA... is by far the best to learn language. I have tried others, and I come back every single time!

I have paid to use Yabla Spanish, have downloaded the App on my iPad but it won’t open.
At present I can only access part of Yabla through the e mail I received.

Not impressed

There is a good variety of material available and I've found the subtitles to be very accurate. However, the Android app that I use is still only in beta, and not very reliable. Even ignoring reliability issues, it is poorly designed and hard to use. Among the main criticisms I have are:
1. It is very hard to navigate the app and to find material.
2, The 'rewind' feature is inflexible. You can only rewind sections determined by the system. I would like to be able to specify which sections I would like to review on a loop.
3. the sound quality is not always great (but that may be more to do with the original material and not the system).

Overall I do find the app useful, and it has certainly helped me to improve my listening comprehension, so I intend to keep on using it. Let's hope the Android app can be improved.

I love Yabla -- the features are motivating, efficient, and are really helping with my comprehension, vocabulary, and writing. I can also easily dip in and out of practice when I have a few minutes which is really critical while having a busy schedule with work and kids.

Yabla is the best, most effective platform or method for learning a new language that I have ever used, and I've tried many. The short videos, at every level, allow for pausing easily sentence by sentence to listen over and over again, with tap to get word definitions and verb conjugations. My only small quibble, is that some videos are rated (on a 1 to 5 scale), for beginners when they should be intermediate. But, this is easy to deal with, because there are so many videos to choose from.

I enjoy the videos and a chance to work on comprehension
The programs are current and reach many different age groups, not just high school teens

I would like you to include grammar rules in addition to the vocabulary if your vidéos .

This is a wonderful program. However, I am still working on another Spanish program and I underestimated my available time for study.

Once I complete the current Spanish program I will re-subscribe to Yabla.

Great easy to use program with fun interesting videos, clean pronunciation, easy to use dictionary, the most fun part of my trying to learn a new language

As a beginner I would like more videos that focus on specific aspects of the language such as verb conjugations, use of pronouns, etc. that include repetition of the same aspects using different verbs, pronouns and so on.

Just started using Yabla; It really helps to understand Chinese spoken language. Because of the very good possibilities to repeat parts of text;
Happy with it.
Would like a video-serie about climate change, and what is done on that in China.

Excellent platform . Only thing is that introduce the auto pause option for the App as well . Also add more of the German content .

One of the best learning tools I ever ever tried. Keeps it fun, engaging and most of all fun! What a fabulous way to learn Spanish! I love it!

Yabla really helped me when I started learning Spanish many years ago

I like the format of Yabla, but it doesn't seem like they've added much new, interesting content in the last couple of years. I signed up again recently after not using it for a couple years, and I was surprised to see how little was new, especially for intermediate. Still Los Anos Maravillosas is the only comedy series to watch. I should have checked more carefully before signing up again.
