Extremely Disappointing and Stressful
My experience with Y-Axis has been extremely disappointing and stressful.
I made a payment in February for Australian visa services. After payment was taken, the Australian team later informed me that I was not eligible — something that should have been assessed before accepting the fee. I requested a refund at that point, but instead my case was moved to the Canadian team after an escalation and apology.
Following that, communication again became inconsistent. Months passed with no meaningful updates. After escalating again, my advisor was changed. The Canadian representative, Shashank, has been professional and has genuinely tried to assist.
Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the UK team. Akash and his manager Anuja were responsive before payments were settled, but later became unreachable. Even after Anuja shared her personal contact following escalation, she stopped responding. Emails sent to her internally by Shashank were also ignored.
Most concerning of all: calls and messages from new numbers receive responses, while messages from my number and my husband’s number are ignored, which strongly suggests deliberate avoidance.
This is not a minor delay — it is a complete breakdown of service and communication over many months. One good consultant cannot compensate for systemic failure.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Y-Axis.
