Warning: Please be careful before trusting Y‑Axis
I had one of the worst experiences of my life with Y‑Axis and I do not want anyone else to go through the same. They took my hard‑earned money but failed to deliver any proper service. I am sharing my experience so that even if one person avoids this consultancy, my efforts will be worth it.
Here is what I faced:
They collected the full payment on 9th May 2025, but the agreement was signed only on 12th May 2025.
After taking the money, they suddenly pointed out that I had "limited work experience" — something they should have assessed before payment.
They applied to only around 40 jobs and finished all the work in an hour — very unprofessional.
They submitted applications to expired jobs and even to female-only roles, despite having my complete profile.
Their manager scheduled meetings but never attended them.
My queries were constantly passed between different staff members (Prasanth, Rajvinder Kaur, GCC team, Megash, Victor, legal team) without any resolution for more than a month.
Emails were ignored; they only responded casually on WhatsApp instead of giving proper official replies.
Despite failing to provide the promised services, they are refusing to refund my money.
I also felt mentally harassed as they pressured me to continue with the service even after I requested multiple times for a refund.
I already posted a review earlier, but Y‑Axis has still not given any official response. I have all proofs, emails, and screenshots to support my claims.
If Y‑Axis is a genuine consultancy, they should publicly respond to this review on official platforms instead of ignoring customers.
Until then, I strongly advise you to stay away from them. Please share this with your friends and family so they don’t suffer the same fate.

We also want to clarify that the service agreement, which includes details regarding the non-refundable nature of the service, was shared and acknowledged as per the process.

Beware – Worst Service and Completely Unprofessional
I had one of the most stressful and disappointing experiences with Y-Axis.
We signed the contract on 01st January 2024. Since August 2024 I have been asking for the refund as because of medical reason we decided not to START the application even so we didn't even start any process yet as I already told my case worker Prathima that we going through some treatment and if they can keep our application on hold. WE DISCUSSED THIS SITUATION WITH OUR CASE WORKER PRATHIMA BEFORE EVEN PAYING THAT WE GOING THOUGH SOME PROCESS WHAT IF WE DON'T GO AHEAD WITH THE APPLICATION? SHE CLEAREDLY MENTIONED WE WILL REFUND YOU THE MONEY AFTER DEDUCTION OF THE ADMIN FEES. SHE WAS CALLING AT LEAST 3 TIMES A DAY TO PAY THE FEES AND STARTING THE PROCESS. JUST BECAUSE TO GET THEIR COMMISSION SHE MADE THIS FAKE PROMISE AND WE TRUSTED HER AS THE CASE WORKER REPRESENT THE WHOLE COMPANY BUT THAT WAS FRAUD.
I WAS CALLING REGULARLY ALMOST 4 TIMES A WEEK SENT SO MANY EMAILS BUT NO RESPONSE FROM SEPTEMBER TO 6TH OF MAY.
Now the new case worker Mohamed Aziz and 6th of may the first ever email I have received saying your case was forwarded to me saying My name is Mohammed Aziz from Australia process department. I will be your Process Consultant to handle your next phase of application process and will be providing you with all necessary assistance during the process.
Even though I clearly mentioned I wanted refund, they have no idea and don't go through any email. I had to explain again and sent my email again to him for a refund.
NOW AGAIN THE GAME STARTS
HE ASKED ME TO SEND ALL MY MEDICAL REPORTS AND SAID WE WILL DISCUSS WITH THE HIGHER MANAGEMENT TEAM AND LET YOU KNOW.
23RD OF MAY I RECEIVED ANOTHER EMAIL FROM ANOTHER CASE WORKER VIJAY KHORADI SAYING
“As discussed, our refund policy is in line with our agreement terms. As per the terms outlined, we regret to inform you that there is no provision for a refund on self-withdrawals.
Very sorry to know about your medical condition.
I have forwarded your refund request along with your supporting documents to our concerned team, they will look into it and attend to you by next week.
Appreciate your patience and cooperation in this regard!”
NOW SINCE 23RD OF MAY AND HUNDREDS OF EFFORTS CONTACTING Y-AXIS BY PHONE CALLS AND EMAIL I GOT FINAL EMAIL ON TUESDAY THE 23RD OF JULY SAYING WE CAN'T REFUND YOU.
IF YOU ALREADY KNEW YOU CAN'T GIVE REFUND WHY IT TOOK 10 MONTHS TO SAY THIS AND WASTED MT TIME AND ENERGY? WHY DID YOU ASK FOR ALL MY MEDICAL HISTORY?
I FEEL SO VENERABLE AFTER SENDING MY MEDICAL REPORTS.
BECAUSE THE FIRST CASE WORKER MADE THE FAKE PROMISE THAT WE WILL REFUND YOU AFTER DIDUCTING THE ADMIN FEES AND PUSHED SO MUCH JUST TO GET THE MONEY. NOW Y-AXIS SAYING THERE IS NO SUCH POLICY.
PLEASE BE AWARE WITH THIS FRAUD. ONCE THEY RECEIVE YOUR MONEY YOU DON'T EXIST.
EVEN THE CASE WORKER MOHAMMAD AZIZ SAID IT WAS LITTLE DELAYED REPLYING YOU.
10 MONTHS IS LITTLE DELAYED?
I ASKED HIM TO PUT THIS LITTLE DELAYED ON THE FINAL EMAIL BUT HE FAILED TO DO SO.
NOW I AM NOT WASTING MY TIME WITH THEM DIRECTLY AND SADLY HAVE TO GO THROUGH COURT TO GET MY MONEY BACK.
PLEASE AVOID THIS SCAM AND FAKE PROMISE. YOU WILL RECEIVE THE PHONE CALL FROM THIRE PRIVATE MOBILE NUMBER AND FROM DUBAI WHEN THEY MAKE FAKE PROMISES FOR A REFUND AND AT LEAST 2 PHONE CALLS A DAY TO PAY YOUR FEES AND START THE PROCESS SAYING IT WILL BE TOO LATE AND YOU MISSING AN OPPORTUNITY. ONCE YOU PAY IT'S OVER.
This is a classic bait-and-switch. Once they have your money, you no longer exist. Multiple case workers, no coordination, zero accountability, and absolutely no respect for your time or personal situation.
I want to pursue a legal action, and I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Y-Axis. You’ll get daily calls from their sales team to pay quickly, but after that, you’ll be chasing them for months with no support or transparency.
DO NOT TRUST THEIR VERBAL PROMISES — GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING.

Even though it was the end of the day, both officers responded positively and took the time to genuinely listen to my story and understand my situation.
