There is a good and attractive toys here for kids to play all the time very happily.

Purchase was fine but post service very disappointing. Purchased an electric bike last year for my son and all seemed well. But after only maybe 10 rides the bike stopped working. After several emails to Claire asking for support I was finally recommended to buy a new part. I did and it didn’t work. Their website even stated that they provide excellent technical after care. But noticed their Google page is no longer in use probably due to the reviews.
After many an email chasing up politely I’ve just been recommended to take it to a local garage for a diagnosis. You would think for an electric bike there isn’t a lot to consider. The spare batteries are £130 which is crazy, but loathed to spend all that if it’s not the problem. If the bike was a few years old and had a lot of usage I would accept my money’s worth. However it’s almost new and seems a complete waste of money now apart from a handful of rides out. I’ve given up asking fir support and in the end bought a different bike elsewhere. Very disappointed and won’t but from them again.

Im a bit shocked at some of the reviews ive read on here. I have had nothing but a positive experience from them. Even with the covid issue causing delays I was kept in the loop at all times and even offered a refund even though it was out of their hands. The bike arrived with slight crack but a new replacment panel was sent out within 48hrs free of charge. Many thanks to all at xtreme.

Shocked at other reviews i had a great experience with xtreme toys from start to finish. Really really good customer service and the bike is absolutely brilliant my son loves it. Don't let some of the reviews put you off. Faultless service, i will be buying from them again!

They’ve deleted their google page as the reviews where becoming so bad. Absolutely awful service please do not waste your money so I’ll leave my 100 per cent honest review from my experience.

So so so dissatisfied...We have brought two bikes. One big wheel and one small. So in total we have spent £1500 plus on bikes. My son who has the big wheel was used twice and on the second ride it just stopped working. After a YouTube video, a large number of emails I was told to finally take it to a local garage to be looked at. After paying a £75 charge I was told it’s a faulty battery. I sent the report and email to them and they’re reply was the battery hasn’t got a guarantee. I’ve asked they surely it’s under the consumer rights policy to no reply. I don’t want a new bike just the battery replaced but I’ve been told that nothing can be done. I now have a £930 birthday/Christmas present bike sat in my garage which is completely useless as they won’t confirm what replacement battery I needed to purchase. Awful customer Service STAY AWAY. My son is literally devastated as we saved so hard for this once in a lifetime present for he’s birthday and joint Christmas present. Like I said STAY AWAY. I will also be releasing my sons YouTube video with the same warning.

SCAM!! Avoid this company!! Electric dirt bike broke after a few goes! “Claire” has no interest in helping. She’s just told me to buy a new part even tho under the consumer rights act 2015 she has to replace or repair but she’s point blank refused to. Keep well away from these!! Disgusting service disgusting company and as for Claire who reply’s to emails she has a I’ve got your money so no longer interested attitude! Not worth the stress!

The phone number on the website is no use and they do not reply to emails. Seat sheered off my grandsons dirt bike on the first outing. Still waiting on a satisfactory outcome.

Absolutely fantastic... Ordered the limited edition big wheel 48v 1300w bike in green. Arrived in not even 2 days well packed our son it's over the moon. I can't fault this company what so ever. I was a little dubious because some of the reviews seemed harsh but I took a chance and under the circumstances of covid-19 they did brilliantly

Worst service ever! Do not buy from them!

Fantastic company, Great customer service, ordered a bike and it cam next day and my son loves it would 100% recommend.

I would not even rate one star if I didn’t have to. Bought our son a quad for his birthday. He drove the quad not even 200m when fuel started to pour from it and smoke everywhere. I emailed on the Friday morning explaining this and waited untill Monday for a response. I was told a new part would be sent which we would have to fit and I would be given a £10 refund. I’d bet that’s not what the manufactures instructions are! Not very good customer service so all. When I requested a new quad I was told they were out of stock so I’d bet that’s why I wasn’t offered this!! The quad could have caught fire with our son on it it was damaged and dangerous not to mention it spoiled his birthday. I wouldn’t but from this company ever!!!!!

Do not use terrible service and no way to contact them and if you find a number there offices will be closed. Ordered £800 bike with £25 next day delivery and it has now been 6 days and I’m still waiting for parcel, it says on the tracking it has been at the collection depo for 4 days now waiting to be taken. Please do not buy from them you will be stressed!!!!!!

This company is one of the worst company's you'll ever come across
iv ordered my son a lamborghini ride on car on the 27th December with 48 hour delivery i paid for and custom number plate
The car arrived on the 8th January and since the day I purchased iv been e-mailing them and trying to phone them and they don't asnwer the phones
the car don't work now within a month it's very cheaply made,nothing works it's very terrible I paid 200 pounds for this and 8v been in there website and they priced it 169
that just shows they need to get rid of there cheap stock!..
PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY SATY AWAY.....
