Literally the coolest bar in town! Kept at a constant -10°C, with everything down to the glasses made out of ice. The three drinks included in your ticket will certainly help to keep you warm in this ice-cold world.

Needs a good clean
Drinks were awful. Gloves we’re all wet jackets were dirty. The ice bar itself was very dirty. Not at all what we expected.

Gelungener Tagesabschluss
Ein schöner Abschluss für einen tollen Tag in Amsterdam. Etwas wenig Zeit in der Eisbar selbst, da könnte man durchaus länger drinn bleiben bei -10°c und Personen die Kälte lieben.
Doch ansonsten gut gemacht.

Dit was echt verschrikkelijk
Dit was echt verschrikkelijk. We krijgen 10 minuten om een cocktail op te drinken. Als een soort van sardientjes werden we de ijsbar ingegooid met vieze natte handschoenen doe stonken. Daarna moeten we 2 drankjes doen in de ijsbar, wat gewoon een vrieskast is met 1 vaag ijssculptuur. We moesten de 2 drankje binnen 10 a 15 min opdrinken en de barman zei meerdere keren dat we zulle lekkere wijven waren. Sorry maar nee.

My experience at the Ice Bar
It was such lovely experience myself and my friend were probably the oldest there but were made feel so welcome and would say we lasted the longest. Lovely hardworking staff.

Cool bar but could be bigger / more activities in the ice bar itself. Gloves should have touch-screen fingertips. Please bring back the white coats. More clarity on how the entry works / where to wait / whether you can use your golden token before or after the ice bar experience (or both). All this could be stated on your website in order to better prepare your customers -> less confusion and questions.

Unhappy customer
The offer said 3 free drinks when really what this is is just 1 proper drink at the bar after the experience and inside the ice bar you get either beer or a shot! That's the only options Me being gluten-free can't drink beer so had to have the 2 shots instead which was just straight vodka all for €26.50!!!
Once in the ice bar there was only 2 ice sculptures and was packed full of people so hard to get your picture opportunities-
Definitely think the company needs to chnage there drinks policy and if you can't have beer make cider or "vodka orange" or "vodka coke" a option and the ice bar needs updating more sculptures and things to do inside!
