Really professional company, made it so easy to build my NVQ portfolio. Very attentive and no stone unturned with regards to getting the most out of what was needed. Guided clearly throughout hints and tips went a long way with photo evidence. Highly recommend and have in fact already recommended to colleagues who are now using XS Training. Everyone at XS training has been brilliant all the way along
Especially Craig Wiltshire my assessor - always positive and encouraging but also ensuring high standards are met
I also did the 2391-50 course at their training centre - and found everyone there incredibly helpful and knowledgeable

The portfolio system is very poor it was hard to upload everything sufficiently. My assessor Muztaba was extremely helpful and guided me through it.

We get a lot of complementary comments from people saying how much they liked it but we appreciate that not everyone is the same and different people have different/preferred ways of learning. We do update and amend out Portfolio System (slightly) from time to time so I will check with Muztaba to get his feedback on what you had problems with. I would advise everyone to take up XS Training for your electrical training. I have just completed my NVQ with Tom Simpson as my assessor, he helped me through the course and was always available if i needed.

I've done experience worker nvq with XS training, i had a great experience with the college, they made it very clear and easy to access information and resources, my assessor Tom Simpson was helpful and guided me throughout the NVQ, i gave a 5 star review as XS training made an online portfolio and a lot of videos for users to follow, i am really busy with work but with the resources provided and guidance from the assessor it worked out just fine for me, i would recommend XS training and Tom Simpson for others but the learners need to put on some work and take the NVQ seriously, i will be back for the AM2E as well as i am a happy customer

I would definitely recommend
The hole process is very smooth, you can have contact with your assessor or the office whenever you need to. You also get told exactly what you need to upload and on what evidence including the amount of photos required to complete a section.

Xs training 5 stars
So from being in the position of changing training provider to Xs training has been the best decision I’ve made. Previous provider was all time wasting tactics trying to get more money out of you and getting the smallest task done could take months. The absolute opposite can be said for Craig wiltshire, always on the end of the phone weekdays and weekends, with genuine interest and helping to achieve your goals, 5 stars and more from me

I heard about XS training from a colleague
I heard about XS training from a colleague, whom had Craig as an assessor, he highly recommended me to him as he had very positive experience with him and the college, they offer online portfolio and also city and guilds qualification.
I always thought it was very hard as a lot of people struggle to complete it, especially the NVQ 2357
Well I’ve done it in 3 months, I put a lot of effort in it and had good guidance from Craig
He’s very knowledgeable, polite, very patient, good at explaining and replies to questions asked, if he is to go to holidays he always communicate and let us know so we can plan anyway I’d like to thank Mr Craig Whiltshire and Highly recommend him to anyone who wants to learn.
I heard about XS training because of Craig and many others did and I will recommend more people as well

WOW! Three months! That's great work Hix, really well done. To complete it in this time scale is certainly not unheard of and definitely achievable, as you have proved. As you point out, you have to put in the effort, plus be in a position to get the right work to complete your Portfolio. However, for any candidate able to do this then we will work as hard as you do to get your qualification - and your ECS JIB Card - in your hand as soon as possible.
