Everyone at xs training was phenomenal, I had a short turn around on my course and they did everything in their power to get me over the line muztaba was brilliant fit me in when ever he could even on weekends, honestly can't go wrong with xs training.

I can’t thank Jamie and the team at XS Training enough. From the first upload to my final observation, the support was excellent. The feedback was always clear and helped me improve my evidence rather than leaving me guessing.

I was quite nervous before my professional discussion and observation, but Jamie put me at ease and the whole process was much more straightforward than I’d built it up to be.

I’ve now successfully completed my Level 3 NVQ and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend XS Training to anyone looking to complete theirs.

"Unfortunately, registering with this company was a waste of time. I paid for the 18th Edition course on June 26th, only to find out that the course is not actually theirs but is hosted and managed by a third-party platform. Although they were professional enough to process a full refund when requested, the lack of upfront transparency regarding the third-party involvement significantly delayed my study plans. If you are looking for a direct, stable, and in-house learning experience, this might not be the best option."

Laura has consistently stayed on top of all her responsibilities throughout my course. She always responds promptly and professionally, making me feel supported and valued at every stage. Done the 2365 level 2 online modules and very good content great training company at first i had doubts that online is good for me but in fact its much better as it acelerated my learning process and got thro it quickly looking forward to my on ward journey and practical section at the centre with xs training

I couldn’t have asked for a better NVQ assessor than Laura Palmer. From the very beginning, she made the entire NVQ process feel simple and manageable by breaking everything down clearly and in a way that was easy to understand. Her guidance took away a lot of the confusion that often comes with the NVQ, she walked me through every step and made sure I always knew what was expected.

During the face-to-face observation for the electrical installation certificate, Laura was absolutely outstanding. She approached everything in a very friendly and professional manner, introduced herself warmly, and immediately put me at ease. She was thorough in her assessment, carefully checking every test as she should, which pushed me to stay focused and perform at my best. At the same time, her calm and supportive approach helped reduce any pressure I was feeling.

What really stood out was how reassuring and approachable Laura was throughout the entire process. Whenever I found myself overthinking or stressing, she had a way of simplifying things and calming me down. She was always friendly, easy to talk to, and never made me feel uncomfortable asking questions—no matter how small they seemed.

She was also incredibly reliable and supportive. Anytime I needed help or didn’t understand something, she was picking up the phone whenever I called. Her relaxed and patient attitude made a huge difference, especially during the more challenging parts of the NVQ.

My experience with XS Training was great and this was mainly because of a supportive, clear and effective assessor which is LAURA.
Throughout the course , Laura made it very clear what type of evidence I have to provide, what are the assessment criteria. The communication was made effective via XS platform, WhatsApp and video conference.
Achieving NVQ is not something easy, but LAURA made the difference! So I will highly recommend it!
