I never received my product
I never received my product, it was redirected and returned. Don’t think it had been refunded either.
Edit.
I was not going to be home after 1 failed attempt. I then used the DHL website to organise it to be left at a local shop for me to collect and it never arrived at the shop and I had no further contact from them via text or email. I then called DHL a few days later and got the automated call to say it had been returned. Please resend to my home address or local pick up point.

Sorry about this we are investigating what happend to your order and will solve this Asap. Update! Your order has been with customs in Germany for a couple off days. They should have reached out to you, but we have now contacted DHL and will try to get this order moving.

Never received the products. Xbrain did not respond when I asked where the products were and what had happend.

Only ever received 1 box and been charged for three , emailed to cancel no one replied , then finally got a reply and was advised I would be refunded, still nothing

Hello Justin, As explained on email this was showing delivered on our part, but it seems like DHL messed this up, 1 product recived, 1 product refunded and last product will be refunded once DHL confirm the proof off delivery. Sorry for the issue here.

Focus and short term memory improvement.
The most recognisable affect - short term is the focus and short term memory improvement. I will continue using them for a month to see if there are other improvements, for now I am extremely satisfied.

Out of Date Goods!
Ordered Onnit MCT oil and started using it. I had ordered this in the past however this time it tasted different, very sharp/sour taste. I checked the bottle and it was out of date by more than 3 months! I contacted X-Brain and sent in photo of the bottle and a week has now passed and they haven't even bothered to respond to me. Unacceptable.
