Have emailed 3 times no reply over 24 hours. Emails were sent during the business week. It took almost 3 weeks to get my order and when the shoes came I was out of town. Apparently I missed the return window. I would accept a merchandise credit, but since no one is replying to my emails I feel like I have wasted over $300. The 2 pairs of sneakers are labeled as a WW, but they are at best a MW aka MediumWide. The sandals are adjustable so i can make rhe width work, however one sandal strap was not stitched and it fell apart when I tried it on. No QC process, the one sandal is defective merchandise. I would like a new pair of sandals or have Wydr pay for the repair needed to make the sandal wearable.. Wydr deserves ZERO stars. Wish I had read reviews before I purchased. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Shoes came punctually and are good quality.

Edited to add: Yesterday, June 4, 2026 I received an email with the return label attached. I'm sorry that it had to come to leaving bad reviews here and on Instagram in order to get them to respond.

Their customer service is abysmal. I ordered a pair of shoes for my son's rehearsal dinner. The width and length were perfect, however the toe box wasn't tall enough and it mashed down on my big toenails. I couldn't walk or stand in them without pain. I initiated a return on April 24, 2026. I've heard from them only twice in that amount of time . First they wanted to ascertain that I did want to return them, and the second saying that they had sent a return label, but I never got it, and I checked all my spam folders. I don't understand why they didn't just send it along with that email, but they didn't. That last communication with them was May 18, 2026. Today is June 3,2026, and I have not heard from them since. I send messages quite often asking them to send a return label, but all I get is crickets. Do not order from them if there's even the slightest chance you may need to return them.

I was having such a hard time finding shoes for my sons wedding. I have wide feet and heel pain, so nothing was feeling comfortable. I finally ordered my first pair of Wydr shoes and not only were they beautiful but they were comfortable as well. I wore them all night long thru the ceremony, pictures, cocktail, dinner and dancing. Received lots of compliments on them as well. My daughter ordered from a different vendor and switched out of her shoes during the reception. She now wants to try Wydr. Ordering was easy and I received them in a timely manner. Love these shoes.

Aren't they the cutest shoes ever for wide feet? I've been struggling to find my perfect fit for decades and now i'm literally crying. They are comfortable with high-quality leather. I've been wearing them for months and I can say ill be their life long customer.

I now have 5 pair and I love every one of them! So comfy from the time you put them on. No break in time needed.

I have bought 6 pairs, and the loafers are the only ones that are simply toooo tight on my bunions. The sandals, white tennis shoes, and tall boots have been fabulous!

I love these shoes! Super comfortable and cute. They were a little big at the heel so I used a stick on pad and it's no problem. The width is perfect! I don't think about my feet all day anymore amd I love the square toe perforated style! I'd love to try more from the brand. It can be so hard to find cute shoes that fit me properly.

I am very impressed with WYDR. The website is very easy to navigate. The shoes are extremely stylish which is usually pushed to the side when you are ordering wide width shoes. I definitely recommend using the measurement suggestions when ordering. The customer service is very professional and return back with you extremely fast. These shoes are comfortable and lightweight!! I’m extremely happy that I found WYDR.

My granddaughter is legally blind and weigh 300 . These shoes balance her. These is the only shoe company that works for her. Wydr Shoes are excellent and strong shoes .

Firstly, shipping was very slow to aus, probably double expected time - which was difficult as I didn't have other shoes to wear to work!

However, they are sooo comfortable. I wear them everyday now. I have struggled for soooo long with my silly feet and these are genuinely wide. I would love if they started one size smaller, I'm a 36 so not every style will work, but it is an option I didn't have before and im grateful!

They are wearing a little faster than expected, time will tell!

Great and fashionable shoes for my extra wide feet with bunions. I have three pairs of Wydr shoes now. The quality is great and the shoes are super comfortable. My only request is for more styles!

The shoes are comfortable and versatile. I have no issues with the company itself; however, I encountered problems with their delivery system. The courier service used in my metropolitan area failed to deliver as scheduled. The shoes only arrived four days after a photograph was taken on someone's steps, indicating delivery had occurred. The company's customer service was responsive, but the delivery experience nearly overshadowed the overall purchasing process.

The shoes looked nice but they didn't work for me. The hassle has been trying to return them. And now that they're finally giving me a refund on one pair and an exchange on the other, my refund amount is off and they haven't fixed it even after I emailed them about that too. (And before they try to claim 'it's because of shipping', no it's not, I didn't include the shipping price in my calculations.)

Their site claims "easy exchanges and returns", it's a lie. Honestly I had high hopes for this brand but this situation makes me not want to order from them ever again. These shoes are not worth the headache. Oh and btw they offered me a $15 voucher to write this review but that voucher is going to go to waste because I am NEVER buying from them again.

I have 3 pairs of shoes from Wydr now. One pair I wear almost daily. They are super cute flats and my feet feel great in them after being worn all day for work. I have a pair of loafers and slip on tennis shoes that I also really like but don’t wear as much. I have bought between an 11-12.5 and they feel pretty true to size.

I liked the look of the shoes and they fit width wise but they were too long and felt clunky with a flimsy strap. Initiated the returns process and from start to finish it was a nightmare. Questions I sent were ignored, and they asked for more info about my foot so they could give a size recommendation so I did and got ignored.
Refund was given but only for a random amount that didnt correlate with either pair of shoes or the total cost, had to follow up with them to get the rest of the refund. Then had to follow up again to get reimbursed for shipping cost and they only sent $5 but the shipping cost close to $30 by regular post!
Asked again about sizing recommendations since I really liked the shoes and they said theyd get back to me but nothing since!
AWFUL returns process and customer service. Never ordering again and dont recommend them at all.

customer service was great(: Wydr was very informative and helpful in my exchange process---because NOTE: SIZE DOWN 1 size!! if i had read that tip in the first place, no exchange would have been needed. i am very delighted with my purchase and now have 3 different pairs of Wydr shoes :D i highly HIGHLY recommend getting a pair! or 3 ;)

I have ordered 8 pair of shoes from WYDR over the last 3 months, and had to return 2 of them due to being way too big (yes, I used their recommended sizing charts). Delivery is slow, but understandable, with long gaps in shipping status due to international transport. Making a return is even slower, however - It’s been nearly a month, and I’m still waiting on my 2 refunds, and tracking shows they were received 3 weeks ago. Of the 6 pairs I kept, while comfortable, the first pair of red Mary Jane T-Straps I bought scratched terribly during the first wear, which was completely indoors on carpeted surfaces, worn for just 2 hours. I bumped one shoe against the other and it ripped off a chunk of the “leather”. Disappointed, as these are very expensive shoes, but stuck with them because it’s been more than 30 days since I received them, and hoping the others hold up better.

I bought three pairs of shoes (my first order through them). One pair arrived in about 10 days, and the other two took about three weeks (which I thought was a little long). The quality of two of the shoes was great, but one not so great - I will have to go to a bootmaker to have them repaired (the strap with elastic is not strong enough). I did write to the company with feedback, and after replying to my initial email, they said they would be in contact - and they haven't yet (that was 2 weeks ago). It is hard to buy shoes online when you can't try them on, so it is really annoying when you don't get something you are extremely happy about - especially when they are expensive shoes. I may order from them again, but I will look for other options too before I do.

I ordered the Blondie pointy toe shoes in black/gold and burgundy. I normally wear a size 9/9.5, and when I ordered that on Wydr, they were massive. They claim to have "hassle free returns," which was a lie. Upon emailing customer service, they said that I can return the shoes, but they sent me a return label that did not have my information (incorrect name, incorrect address) in the return field. When I told them this, they said that they use fake names for "confidentiality reasons." I argued with them back and fourth, and I poined out how sketchy this process was, but it was pointless because I was clearly getting the same (very clearly AI) responses back.

Twice, customer service said that they sent me a new return label and to check my spam folder, but it was not there. They never sent it, and they lied. I eventually caught the attention of their social media department, which was clearly a real person, and they just sent me the fake-name return label too. I realized that this was going nowhere, and I had no choice but to send $200 worth of shoes back with a fake return address and hope that I got my money. I then ordered a size 8, and they were still too big! My boyfriend is a size US 10 men's and they fit him perfectly.

I realized that I would need to use that same fake name return label, so I returned them again.
I ordered the size 7s, and they fit great.

The Blondie pointy toe shoes are advertised as adjustable--wrong. If you try to make the two buckles tighter, the strap just drags on the ground, and no, you can't just cut it without damaging the shoe. The sling back is not adjustable, and it should be.

I realize that this trust pilot review is going to get the same response from Wydr saying "we're so sorry to hear about your experience. Please contact our customer service team" and nothing will ever change.

Shoes look great otherwise, except I had to go two sizes down from my normal size.
