Great quality shoes that are truly wide width. Shipping took a little bit longer than expected, hence 4 instead of 5 stars. Was initially concerned when the charge was made to a company other than wydr but it worked out fine.

On this site, I was about to find casual, dress shoes and boots in my size without the frustration of not finding a nice shoe that fits me. For 20 plus yrs shopping for shoes was a challenge until now. 9WW/10E

I looked everywhere for loafers that fit my wide feet - these are the only ones that did! I love them - they are cute and super comfortable.

I am almost 50 years old and due to a very high instep and rather wide feet and thick ankles, I've never had strappy shoes or sandles that have fit ever. Until now -- thank you Wydr!! Love your shoes - especially your platforms and want one in every colour 😍

The customer service was exceptional! They communicated with me in such a manner that showed they cared about my exchange process. It was easy and efficient!

Unfortunately the shoes I ordered did not fit. The return process is a little bit difficult because it takes a few email messages to get the job done. Once it was approved it was fine. The products are very nice.

Excellent customer service, buying shoes online is normally difficult however the Wyder team make the experience easy. I ordered some shoes had the sizing wrong but the team were fabulous and we worked out the correct size and was sent them straight away. The shoes are fantastic, comfortable and excellent quality. I highly recommend Wyder and will order from them again.

I finally found a pair of sandals wide enough to house my swelling feet. They seem sturdy and good quality, but the soles are thin so I can’t stand in them for long. I’ve had many misses with Wydr as they only make a 2E width and not a 4E. That meant a lot of buying and returning, making my biggest complaint with that process. The shoes are shipped from China and take forever to arrive. Then you have to email a request to return the shoes, then they request your foot measurements in cm. (Why? To judge if you chose poorly?) Then they send a US shipping label but deduct the cost from your return. For a $150-$200 pair of shoes that seems absurd. They need a quick and easy return portal and faster shipping.

I unfortunately had to return a pair of Wydr shoes just because the style I chose didn’t work for my foot. It was a real bummer because the shoes were beautifully made!

The customer service on returning my shoes was very clear, detailed, and they were very open to feedback about why I needed to return their product. They provided quick and clear communication during every point of the return process.

Even though one specific shoe style didn’t work for my feet, I feel at ease to try other products because their customer service and return process was so detailed and easy!

These shoes are FAB-U-LOUS! Gorgeous, comfortable, and very impressive. I've never felt so comfy in heels before! Excellent quality!

The quality of the shoes are fantastic, and they ACTUALLY fit my wide feet! Also, the customer service is excellent, as I had an issue with the shipping service due to my rural location, and the support team at Wydr replied right back to me and were willing to help me with some creative solutions! Thankfully it all worked out and I got my beautiful shoes!

I was skeptical on width as purchased many styles claiming wide width from various companies BUT I’m very pleased to write they fit perfectly! I have very wide feet, these shoes are not only very comfortable they are WELL made! I’m will be a returning customer. I don’t write reviews often but if this helps someone decide to give them a try they will not be disappointed. From someone who has struggled finding shoes that not on fit but look good!

Shoes are nice quality, unfortunately I picked a style (penny loafers) with an almond toe and while they fit me comfortably across the ball of my foot they are toe squishers! My fault really. I had to remove the liner for a comfortable width fit and now I am trying a stretcher to push out the toe box area. Otherwise vey nice and I will try this brand again.

I was so amazed at the fit of these shoes. I could never find a dress shoe wide enough to be comfortable and these shoes were awesome.

Bought these shoes for my sister a she loves them! She’s glad she sized down because she sizes up due to needing wider shoes. Her shoes were a hit with all her friends and she lots of compliments!

After many years of frustrating searches for fashionable and also comfortable shoes. WYDR has been a fabulous discovery. No longer relegated to the unisex mens sandles, has invigorated me to explore the possibilities. Between everyday comfortable sandles to impressively constructed boots, each has been a treasure to receive and style!

I have order3d twice now from Wydr Studios.
Each time, the delivery was quite fast & the shoes have been great.
As others have said, they are longer sizings- possibly due to being wider width? 🤷🏼‍♀️
They do offer a sizing kit - which I highly recommend purchasing!
The shoes themselves are great- I struggle with heels but thes3 are easy to walk in, comfy to wear for extanded periods & so many great, fun styles!

I have 9 pair of wydr shoes . 8 /9 fit great . The slide in loafers I could Not get my foot into . I didn’t mess with sending them back and have been trying to find someone who will appreciate them to give them to . I have very wide feet and bunions. I am so thankful I found WYDR !! Previously I had to wear ugly men’s atheletic shoes which are very limited in color for the xtra wide sizes . I could never wear a dress because I couldn’t find cute shoes to match . I find myself wanting to order “spare pairs “ to put back in case your company closes . I do wish they arrived faster but they are certainly worth the wait !! My family is aware that the gift at the top of my wishlist for Christmas and birthdays is WYDR shoes .

If you have a very high in step you might want to add a little more cushioning
They're very wide and comfy, they're cute.If you are half size size down. The only reason it didn't get five stars is.The shipping took like two weeks while another pair.I ordered was here in like three days
