Pleased with product and very prompt delivery. Good value too.

The transaction was very straightforward - searching for he right product, the ordering/paying process, and finally a delivery which was carried our slightly ahead of expectations. Which makes all exactly as we hoped for.

Very quick delivery and cheaper than any where else I could find.

The software ordered arrived quickly and worked with no problems. Well priced too. Very happy with the level of service.

I ordered WordPerfect on Tuesday evening and it arrived on Thursday in mint condition.

I must admit I was sceptical at first. They were almost £20 cheaper than anywhere else and actually had it in stock unlike all the other usual big name companies I tried first.

Shipping was unbelievably cheap and considering I chose the 1-3 day delivery option I still got it next day!

It just goes to show that there are diamonds in the rough when it comes to online shopping.

Customer Service always seems nice and helpful, but they string you along waiting for something that was listed as in stock. They took payment from my credit card immediately, but over a month later it still hadn't arrived. I contacted them for a refund and again, they always seem very helpful, but over a week later, still no sign of the refund showing up!

Funny how they're quite happy to charge for goods immediately, but when it comes to returning your money, it never shows up. Going to have to contact my credit card company to get them to chase the refund...

Will never deal with this bunch of (friendly) cowboys again...

Third time using Zoom, first time I've written any sort of review.
My order consisted of 1 photoshop and 1 illustrator cs6 packages, this is used for my work. As previously the prices are very competitive and speed of delivery was consistent with others and its free.
Everything arrived together and installed without problems. After a week or so I needed help with conflicts arising from Photoshop and win8. Adobe were terrible, so I contacted tech support at Zoom FOC. Prompt emails and sensible suggestions sorted me out and they even sent me some free software to help with the conflict. Very impressed all round.

The product I ordered reached me in less than 24 hours. It was packed with care, and I had received dispatch notification and receipt very efficiently, too. Given the market-leading price and free delivery, I'm very pleased and impressed with this company.

Ordered Adobe Acrobat X, whilst the disc was not in it's original packaging it came promptly and the serial worked perfectly. No complaints I would use again.

We were going to buy graphics software from Zoom4u, but were a bit suspicious as the price was so low. Checked reviews and found a number of bad ones. Their address is Grove Works, Grove Road, Northampton which is just around the corner from where we live. We walked round to check the place as we were sure it is an old factory converted into flats. Sure enough, it's a complex of 28 domestic flats with not a business in sight. Needless to say we decided it might be wise to purchase elsewhere!

Zoom4u customer service is exemplary. I had a problem with a purchase that was not as I expected it be. Zoom4u agreed to put the cost of that software against what I needed even though the package had been opened. Highly recommended company. Thank you Katrin.

Wanted to find the software at the best price, Zoom4u offered the best price. Ordered on the Monday it arrived on the Tuesday - couldn't get a better service if the shop was next door. I will be back next time I need or want a piece of software at a truly competitive price.

Website was straight forward to use, clearly laid out and easy to navigate, with plenty of accurate product information, something quite rare on competitors' websites without reading the very fine print.
Payment and address details were very easy and straight forward to enter.
The ordered goods arrived very promptly via recorded delivery - an extra peace of mind that isn't stated on the delivery details, but should be to encourage more people to purchase from your company.

Ordered a Corel WordPerfect Office package from Zoom4u; it was described as an "open box" but was at a very attractive price. Had never heard of company so did some checks including looking them up on Google Maps; all seemed ok so placed order which arrived next day. The CD was in a sealed sleeve which included the licence key (when it was opened) plus a VAT Invoice; all that was missing was the outer commercial packaging.
This is a company I will certainly be checking out when next I need some software.

My husband ordered an adobe software, after lots of emails regarding delivery Zoom4U apologised and said they would send the professional package to apologise for the delay. When the software arrived it was not in the format ordered. My husband contacted Katrin (the contact he had) and she said she would send the correct version in the post and he was to return the wrong version and Zoom4U would reimburse the postage.

My husband sadly and suddenly passed away in the meantime and the supposedly correct software (not sure if it is correct or not as it doesn't say what the software is - its just in a sealed cassette with nothing to indicate what is in the package without breaking the seal) aarived the day after my husband passed away. I emailed Katrin and informed her of the situation and she did email back but just with an RMA number, no mention of refund. I made frequent emails to her and also I emailed the sales dept but never received a response. I spoke to my husbands credit card company as the payment will still have to be paid. They advised not to return the software until I had an email confirming that Zoom4U would provide a refund, how much for and how they would refund the amount i.e. to which credit card. Todate 18th March 2014 I still have not had any response to these question.

1st April 2014, after my last posting, I received a telephone call from a very nice man called Steve from Technical. He said that Zoom4U had responded to my email, however probably it had gone in my spam mail. I gave him another email address in which he responded was very helpful, advised me to send the software back and packaging would be paid. I returned the software and I can now confirm that a full refund has been received :) and now the matter is closed. I did say to Steve that one of the frustrations I had is that there was no telephone contact number by and we discussed that maybe if there wasn't a telephone number to call and that maybe they could se up a chat on line system. I am happy that the matter is now closed.

THIS IS BECOMING TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. STILL NO REPLY FROM ANY DEPARTMENT. YET VERY EFFICIENT IN OBTAINING MONIES FOR PAYMENT OF GOODS WHICH NEVER SEEM TO ARRIVE? I WISH GOOD LUCK TO ANYBODY WHO ATTEMPT TO ACQUIRE INFORMATION OR PRODUCTS.

very helpful but no telephone number available to contact on the website. have waited 14 days for a delivery which should have taken 2-5 days - always being promised by email a delivery but it doesn't come!! not very good when you have IT guys standing by.(16/1/2014)

Ordered photoshop, the cheaper education version. Arrived on time, but I didn't realise some of the restrictions on this version. Katrin at customer services was more than happy for me to exchange the unit. Great response to emails, very friendly..
