I bought a locket for my wife for Xmas. Was worried about a few things after I had placed my order. Messaged them on FB chat. Reply was with in minutes. Got the piece and it's beautiful. Just what I was hoping for. Thank you.

Wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Placed order on 07/12/22. Heard nothing, order says processing, phone twice which always goes to answer phone. Emailed twice and used the web form twice and still nothing. I just want my order cancelled now and refunded. When I order something with first class delivery I don’t expect to hear nothing for 12 days. I have only ever received a order confirmation email.

I placed my order before reading these reviews and was worried I’d been scammed especially as hadn’t had an update on dispatch several days after order confirmation. However, I got an immediate response to my email chasing and my item was sent via next day delivery with RM. Was a little late due to strikes but turned up without further problem. Nice item but chain a little thin hence 4 stars

The gold locket arrived safely.
Only downbeat was the fact that the chain was a little thin.

May 2023 update! Zoe Kay tried to have my review removed claiming I am not a genuine customer! I provided the proof to trustpilot and it's back up! (NICE TRY!) Not a pleasant experience! First of all the image of the earring i ordered from the ZKJ web site is not what i received despite asking for clarification, i got images sent to me through messenger of earrings and i thought they were showing me what they have on offer, but communication from them about the differences in product appearance was poor and frustrating, in reality they were telling me that the manufacturer had changed the product design so what i received is correct and the web site would be updated! Only trouble with this is after my purchase they altered the product description and price but not the picture! Annoyingly they are still advertising the earring i really wanted but what they send out doesn't look anything like the picture (way cheaper earring / different design ).
In my professional opinion of 15 years in retail this is done on purpose and designed to confuse the customers plus not to mention being completely unethical.
I immediately could see it wasn't the earring on the photo but the product code was the same so i returned the un-used un-open product back promptly and they acknowledged receipt of it!
After 13 days i get the refund! There message to me says (Once the returned item is received, we will process the exchange/refund - please allow 7 working days.) This treatment is unacceptable from any retailer online or high street based. Buyers be warned!

First time shopping at zoe kay jewellery company have been great keeping me up to date with my order will review once I receive my jewellery

So far not a good experience…. Order placed on 26/11/22. Website says Royal Mail next day…. Still not even had confirmation of dispatch or tracking information. No reply to emails and a reply via messanger assuring me it would be shipped today and tracking info sent! Still nothing and no reply to todays messages.

Delivery was prompt and the chain looks good quality and well packaged

Contact/customer service is appalling. Had to keep chasing for over a month where it was… oh it’ll be sent special delivery today…week goes by… chasing up again. Second time my wife wears the necklace it breaks. I reached out a couple times and they said they’d contact the manufacturer. I’ve sent more messages and nothing. DO NOT BUY!! Very delicate and breakable and disgusting customer service. Shocking!! Massive thumbs down!! Just seen your reply… funny how I write a review and you contact me straight away!! Most I’ve heard out of you!! You haven’t contacted me to update me on the manufacture situation so I wouldn’t know. (I only reached out late because it was a wedding gift to my wife and I had to wait to give it to her in end of October. I ordered it early because of the engraving and I was glad I did as it took a long time and having been told it’s been sent special delivery then a week later chasing you and getting replied with oh it’s dispatched now.) what good will was that? Like I said you never kept me in the loop about it. I wish I took the advice of other peoples reviews on you guys. I understand things break but after the second time of wearing it. It’s not made very well so maybe talk to your manufacturer about better made jewellery as the quality isn’t great what so ever. Won’t be recommending at all.

I bought a necklace for my daughter’s 18th birthday, she absolutely loved it. 3 months later it developed a crack in it, all emails are now being ignored!

Ordered a beautiful locket necklace which has not disappointed.. It is beautiful and when I asked whether it could be sent ASAP as I wanted to put pictures of my folks in after they had recently passed away.. I received it within days.. Excellent service and thank you.. I am going back to work after a difficult time on Monday with my folks close to my heart in my gorgeous locket. I wil definitely be back and highly recommend ❤️

I placed a last minute order from Zoe Kay Jewellery. I was very sceptical after reading some of the negative reviews. Nonetheless decided to go ahead with the order as I didn't have any other options. I needed the items (a child's bracelet and a child's letter chain) to be delivered by Friday July the 15th, for an event on Saturday July the 16th. I tried calling them several times but couldn't get through so I emailed them instead. After emailing customer services, they emailed back to say they had the items in stock and can get it to me by Friday the15th. I placed the order on July 12th. As promised, they delivered on July 15! Thank you for such a speedy and wonderful customer experience.
