First timer!
First time using ZeroRez and it was fantastic. The technician was knowledgeable and gave me some info about my carpet (that’s 3 years old) to keep it in good condition! All areas look amazing after the service!!

Technician was friendly, explained everything well, and proceeded to clean our 3 bedrooms thoroughly. He just finished and hope it still looks this good when it's dry. This was our second time with Zerorez. Very satisfied.

Will did a great job on my carpet and was very professional and very attentive to detail. He did not do a rush job and my steps look magnificent! I was able to book at last minute which was great and they had a great special going on. I am so glad I found this company. Highly recommend!!

Zerorez I would highly recommend. They made the whole process easy and the results were outstanding. Prices are very for the customer, especially those on a tight budget like myself. The technician (Octavious) was very knowledgeable and professional. Guided me every step of the way and even suggested extensive service that would help with the tough stains that have been in my carpet since we moved here back in 03. Wonderful job guys!!!
