Same as all the test
The carpets looked amazing when they were cleaned and about 2-3 days later, but eventually after a week still saw the stain spots. Very disappointed in the spot cleaning chemicals. Chris the service technician was awesome. At the end of the day Zerorez is same as all the other cleaners. Nothing special.

Great service
Great service: the rep was very informative and helpful in giving us suggestions and advice. Also gave us his honest opinion regarding and area rug we were considering getting cleaned too, but decided not do get it done at this time. We still need the carpet to dry, but doing the final walk through everything looked good!

Very easy to get requested date and time for appointment. Excellent customer service. Having the cleaning done was great. On time, professional and very thorough. I knew exactly what was going to be cleaned and how much it would be before the cleaning began. Amazing job done. Very pleased. I will definitely be using ZeroRez again!
